Brunel Engraving Recensioni

Prompt attentive responses to all queries.

Everyone was very helpful. The plaque looks great.
Thank you.

I needed the plaque at very short notice and Brunel met the deadline with a great product.

Great experience from start to finish
They organized my plaque over the phone
Much easier to talk to someone rather than doing it on the website
Personal touch so important
Amazing customer service
Would highly recommend

Great website with lots to choose from. The ordering process was easy to use. We ordered 5 Jade corporate awards and requested a preview. Our order was very quickly followed up with a phone call to say the preview was ready for our approval. We had requested a fast track order as we needed the awards quickly and we are based in the North of Scotland. The items arrived on schedule, they were very well packaged, and we were kept informed all along the process. The recipients received their awards and were blown away by the quality and beautiful engraving. A big thank you to your team for providing such an excellent, professional service and for making our event sparkle.

So helpful and so quick to respond to any issues

Very easy website and very prompt service.

The whole process was really smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with very quick responses and proof emails sent promptly, making the entire experience straightforward and stress-free.

The pricing was fair, the turnaround was impressively fast, and the final product arrived much sooner than expected. Most importantly, the quality was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant. Brunel produced two beautiful brass plaques in record time and to a very high standard. Despite the very short notice given the order was delivered one day early. Excellent service all round. Thank you Brunel.

Easy to use designer tool, reasonable cost and delivered when expected.

Very good service. The process of preparing designs for our glass awards was quick and simple and they arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the high quality engraving.

High quality product and really good pre-production service

Good communication, helpfulness and delivery time promised and met.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Brunel Engraving for the outstanding work they carried out on a custom plaque that I presented to a team I worked with.
From the initial enquiry through to the final product, the service was professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care taken to bring my design to life exceeded my expectations. Packaging was brilliant 👏.
The plaque was created as a token of appreciation for the Wigan West Adult Social Services Team, and the finished product perfectly captured the message we wanted to convey. The engraving was beautifully presented, the quality was exceptional, and the final piece looked elegant and professional.
Most importantly, the West Team absolutely loved it. It received wonderful feedback from everyone who saw it and has become a meaningful symbol of appreciation and recognition for the team's hard work, dedication, and support.
Thank you to the entire team at Brunel Engraving for your excellent customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality product. I would highly recommend Brunel Engraving to anyone looking for professional engraving services and personalised recognition🥰
