I desperately struggled to find insurance for my son who was going on a motocross holiday in USA, and then I spoke to Katherine Cleeves at Brunel. Nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful and took time to find a company who would actually cover him for this dangerous sport! As his Mom this put my mind at rest. He then went again in December 2022 and returns a week later than planned in March 2023. Once again Katherine sorted the extra week promptly.I will definitely use this company again and will look to using them for other insurances in the future. Initially switched house insurance using Brunel. Whilst competitive they were also very pro active in communications. Again with the renewal this year they were very pro active in providing a quote in good time and happy to answer all and any questions.
