I used to worry that using a broker was an expensive way of buying insurance; having used Brunel I now would recommend using a broker, and more importantly this broker. The service is excellent, customer focussed and responsive; the products are very competitive and Brunel is there for you throughout the insured period. Don't go anywhere else.

Brunel, and specifically our agent, Alice have been professional, thorough, friendly and patient throughout the whole process of securing the best and most appropriate cover for our client. What I found really useful was that my calls were consistently answered within a few seconds. There were amendments and hurdles along the way to ensure the right cover was secured, and we were supported and advised in the very best interest of our client. Nothing was too much for Alice and her team, who often dealt with us when Alice was on a call, but were always in the know and up to date with where we were at.
