Still haven’t been refunded by brunch club girls since March of this year. Seems to be a reoccurring theme judging by the other reviews.

Awful
Will take your money but will not honour refunds even MONTHS after they receive their products back. Nonexistent customer service communication. Awful. Will never buy their products again or buy on other websites they are sold on such as SilkFred.com!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! FYI this company is also sold on Silkfred.com. However, I bought directly through their website. Parcel turned up weeks late after correspondence via email and Instagram, at this point they were responding. Clothes arrived late and were cheap quality and did not fit correctly, therefore, I sent back for a refund as per their refund policy. I have still not received a refund after 8 weeks. I have sent multiple emails, direct messages on Instagram and facebook. The messages have been read and I have had no response at all from them. I have proof that the parcel was delivered to the returns address as requested 8 weeks ago and have also sent them the proof. Yet nothing, no refund and complete radio silence. DO NOT buy from this company or risk having your money stolen!!!
