Had my brown & lashes done for first time by Ali, very polite all the girls in the salon are lovely. my brows and lashes had ouch a wow transformation definitely would recommend friends and family, got my brows and lashes booked in again already

Life savers , our results didn’t turn up , we went to there clinic and got our PCR results in under 2 hours. The staff were super informative explaining the technology they have is brand new and can process tests differently than the nhs. The kids got the holiday they deserved. Beth did us a super deal thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect! Arrived early at 10am and swab was taken for four of us of pcr test and the results came in two hours, I was a bit skeptical because of the bad reviews but in the end it paid off

Sadly no option for a no
star score. Pre flight and at baggage check in Brown and White had failed to comment negativeafter paying £35 for an antigen test . Panic my flight was leaving so I phoned Brown and White no answer so had to pay at the airport for another . Mistakes are made I get this but Brown and White not immediately giving an apology and a full refund is not a mistake it’s company policy. Avoid avoid avoid

Absolutely gutted and not impressed with their service.
I have my same day PCR result test done for my travel. I did not received my results via email if I did not chase it day after. They said by 8pm on their website but on the site it would be expected by 10pm. It did caused great hassle and inconvenience especially you have to check in and board early not worrying waiting for your PCR result. They only do nose swab as well which makes it highly inaccurate! I have booked another swab test next day worrying maybe my swab test would be inconclusive! So I have paid and booked twice! Since I was not impress with the service, I did not bother showing up to the next appointment day after

This is a complete scam - be very cautious I was tested positive on lft and went for a pcr. To have a pcr done correctly both nose and throat swabs should be done abs they only did the nose. The pcr came back negative I did another lft after receiving the result and it was positive, then I booked through nhs and tested positive. It was a fit to fly test from this company, if I used this certificate they gave me I would have been flying with full covid and if I was tested on arrival it would have been a nightmare - it’s a money making scam. I have asked for the test to be repeated properly and nothing. Pure scam

Did the PCR test and was refused boarding. I requested them to fill in a template provided by the destination country, but was met with excuses.
Inflexible and totally shameless money scam.

All of the staff at Brown and White Colchester were professional and fast. I must give special mention to Sienna who was able to advise what we needed before we went (on the phone) and get us a last minute testing slot. Without her help we would not have been able to fly.

This company’s website is so confusing leading to incorrect bookings what kind of site doesn’t allow you to select a date that then shows a range of times that apply to a range of dates. Then when it is identified and proved that the test was not carried out they refuse to refund the cost which is outrageously expensive for a test that cost no more than a few pennies to produce another example of rip off Britain. Avoid this company if you possibly can. One star because I can not choose zero stars

This is by far a well thought through scam!! Sure they give you a list of times all a few minutes apart but after you click a date it doesn’t unselect the times for the dates you don’t need! And god forbid you accidentally buy a time slot on a date you don’t need because THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!!! Even when you miss the slot and they have no record of you even using that slot!!! 3 of us had to get a new slot and these things are expensive yet the I.D.I.O.T.S at the top won’t refund us even though they have proof we never actually used the first time slot!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

Appointment for the Covid testing at Harwich ferry port. The website is misleading. You select a date and the times below, but this does not refer to the selected date? Confusing!
Well I did fall for this, the same as one other person same evening.
This needs to be clearer as I feel that this is just made for you to make a mistake and now feel almost £200 pound out of pocket.

Brown and White stole my money and have caused cancelled flights, extra hotel expenses and a major legal case upon my return home.
Angie, the owner, is rude, with-holds the right to legal recourse and will continue to scam unassuming members of the public.

The staff were really helpful, friendly and most importantly timely. I had a flight to catch today and was very worried about how late I had left it. However, the entire process was seem less and I received my result faster than I expected. Thank you very much!

Would never go anywhere else, such a easy friendly safe process. Fast and efficient abs always willing to answer any questions.

Dreadful. Nobody knew what was happening, I paid £99 for a test, confusion at check in, for others not just me. With only one person in front, I was tested late for my appointment time. Flying with work 2 days later. USE ANYBODY ELSE PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Flight in 9 hours, still no bloody results!!!!!
