I had the best experience at BW Beauty & Aesthetics in Lexden! The service was exceptional, and the results are amazing—I absolutely love how much younger and refreshed I look. The team is professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality aesthetics treatments! I will only ever see Justine as she knows exactly what I need and recommends what is suitable for me

Been here twice now to have my lips done with beth
I really wanted to get it done but was absolutely scared to death of needles beth was brilliant with me and talked me through the whole thing

The salon in Frinton and the staff are absolutely amazing, I have a lot of procedures done here, which I would never have had the confidence to do before I started to come here. Every team member is so good at what they do and they make you feel so comfortable, unlike other salons, there is not pretentiousness. They are exceptional in there fields, I have had gp’s do the same procedures they do and they are not a patch on how good the team at B&W frinton are!
I have recommended them to so many friends and family, my mother even travels up from London to have treatments here, that’s how good they are! I cannot put into words how exceptional this salon is. Especially Beth and Eloise! I honestly don't feel like I’m being dramatic when I say the work I have had done here has been life changing, and I have never felt better about myself

Visited Eloise at the Frinton salon today for half head highlights and a cut & finish - really pleased with the service and her experience - Eloise is always happy to listen and give advice and is a first class stylist. The salon always has a friendly, happy feel too 😊

Had the pleasure of Ri at Lexden salon do lip filler for me today she was so lovely and gentle I hardly felt a thing, came away with no bruising and amazing results have already recommended her to friends will 100% return. Paige also cut and finished my hair which made it look so glossy and healthy thanks girls for your time 🥰

Eloise at frinton location is an absolute star, she always knows how to make my hair shine. She also has some amazing dance moves on the side LOL. Best stylist ive ever had!

I’ve been to Poppy twice now and not only is she great at the services I’ve had (lash lift and individual lashes) she’s welcoming and always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole appointment!

Had lashlift & tint at lexden salon today by Phobe ,very relaxing & professional,lovely salon & great results & great price.

I had a number of treatments with Justine at Lexden today, the lumi eyes have already made a massive difference and the dermaplanning facial was amazing. I have already booked in another two sessions of the lumi eyes, I would highly recommend. Thank you so much x

Had my lashes done with Phoebe in Lexden, she did hybrids on me and they were exactly what i asked for. She did me a mini consultation asking me lengths,style and was asking the overall look i was going for and she smashed it! I would 100% recommend Phoebe to anyone!

Made an appointment for a consultation over the phone. Turned up on the day to find the person they’d given me the appointment with was actually on holiday. They apologised which I accepted, these things happen. Rescheduled for the following week (today) I double checked that the person was the most experienced in the treatment I was interested in and was assured she was. I added that I would be requiring another treatment within the same consultation which I was told would be absolutely fine. The lady booking this rescheduled appointment made a point of telling me she’s booked an hour long appointment to ensure both consultation for one treatment and ano treatment to actually be done would be possible. Upon arrival today I was rushed in to the very small treatment room to be told I had a 15 min appointment and as such no treatments could be done today and the consultation for the other treatment she could give, but doesn’t actually do the treatment herself. Very disappointed. I did explain to this lady all that had previously happened including being told I could have a treatment today and had been given an hour appointment. She told me I shouldn’t have been given an appointment without a deposit anyway hence the time being shortened from 60 mins to 15 mins. Which I knew nothing of till there today. No courtesy phone call in advance to explain their error. No apology today. The best she could say was that she understands my frustrations. One error with an apology is ok. More than one error and with no apology isn’t acceptable and concerning that if this many mistakes can happen just with the bookings and duration of appointments with the correct people, I would not feel confident to have any treatments actually done there. The lady today told me she’s the owner. I’d guessed as much as I can’t imagine an employee speaking to any customer the way she did to me, would keep her job. 💯 would not recommend this salon if you expect professionalism !!!

I purchased sunbed minutes and was advised by the salon that the minutes remain on your account until used. Despite my online account also stating the minutes have no expiry period, the salon are refusing to honour the minutes claiming they expire after a year.
After making them aware that this important fact was not stated within their terms and conditions at the time of purchase or in the salon, they have updated their website but still refused to reinstate the minutes or issue a refund. I've now been forced to take further action to recover the funds.

Had my hair cut with Anna on Friday and was really impressed, I don't get my hair cut often and was quite nervous as was going for a complete restyle and alot shorter but Anna put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable and completely sure before we went ahead. I have to say I absolutely love my new hair! Booked back in for next month for a trim and blow dry! Lovey group of girls, nice clean salon & you are made to feel very welcome. And on the door step from work! Win win!! 🥰

I had a lash removal with Phoebe today and can honestly say she is an asset to the team. Very professional and pleasant experience would highly recommend the Lexden Salon.

I was a bit nervous but was at once put at ease by Courtney, we discussed my hair, what would work with my fine hair. I had a lovely restyle with hints and tips on how to style it. Will definately be a returning customer.
