From the first day I went to British hair clinic I was welcome by AF waraich and he’s the patient service manager and he was brilliant answered all questions I had and put my mind at rest I would recommend British hair clinic above any other hair companies. From day one the service is brilliant

So far my experience with British hair clinic has been amazing. All the staff at the clinic are friendly and would make your experience go as smoothly as possible, also the team at BHC would ensure that your procedure is as pain free as possible and make sure your are comfy throughout the surgery.

Had a hair transplant with British hair clinic back in FEB 25, I can’t believe how well it has all gone since the initial meeting, process was easy with no stress from start to finish. Have continued to get PRP treatment every couple months which seems to keep helping.

I can’t stress enough how good they are, all staff are 10/10 and make sure you are put first. If you’re debating getting it done, do it you won’t regret it!

I had my consultation at the Manchester clinic and I was really impressed with the amount of time that was spent going over the treatment and I left feeling confident about the clinic and the decision I had made to go with them.

I had my hair transplant at the Essex clinic with Dr Zabeeh Ullah, he is an excellent surgeon and his theatre staff were brilliant too and made me feel at ease.

The aftercare was fantastic they contact you, you don't have to chase them , that shows the level of customer service that excels most clinics in my opinion.

After a lot of research and video consultations I decided to go with British Hair Clinic. From first contact they were friendly and professional (also the only surgery that wanted to meet face to face before the procedure). Since the treatment I have had several follow up appointments and they have kept in regular contact.
On the day of the surgery all of the staff were very friendly, professional and experienced.
As a result of the treatment I now have thicker hair with natural looking hair line and it still growing.

I had an FUE transplant in April 2025 and have just had my annual check-up - the results have been amazing! I really wasn’t sure if I should have the procedure when I walked through the door of BHC in Shenfield, but there was no hard-sell, and that put me at ease. I’m pleased to say that my procedure has been a complete success and I regularly get comments from people telling me how well it has turned out. My main concern was the aftercare and I have to say that the BHC team have looked after me very well. I’m a very happy customer!

I had a hair transplant at the British Hair Clinic on 4th April 2026. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about having such a procedure to go for a consultation with them. There is a very positive and professional atmosphere which really put me at ease. I went there on a recommendation from my barber and online reviews. There is, however, a great video on YouTube which is well worth watching about the post op procedure. I'm now 6 weeks in, and looking good! I'm really glad I had it done at the British Hair Clinic and giving them a five star rating is a very easy decision. If you're thinking about it, make that call!
