Fab company, every step was so easy from colour to design. Customer service online and on the telephone was as it should be. Definitely recommend these guys to friends and other companies who need personalised products.

I would highly recommend Britannia Promotion UK to anyone looking for bracelets embossed with their own logo and text. I was given a great service whereby it was no trouble at all for the company to tweak my artwork a few times. They also helped me with Pantone colours. Great service, great bracelets and art work, very pleased, we will be using this company again for more corporate gifts.

Great service from start to finish. Very approachable and always responded to e-mails. Was able to review and approve product. Efficient and timely service and end product was exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend and will certainly use this company again.

I was asked to source lanyards and wristbands for a charity and not being very technical I rang Britannia promotions who very quickly sent me a quote and also took the stress away by being very helpful in assisting me with the design wanted I couldn't have asked for a better service they were brilliant I would recommend them and would definetly use again x

Steve at Britannia was great at getting our order to us when we didn't give him much of a lead time. We had about two and half weeks to get our order delivered...but Steve got it to us in about a week once we had approved our design! He was also flexible on payment terms, which is great if you're a big business that has set payment runs, etc.

We needed some simple, printed wristbands and that's exactly what we got. The colour and design were exactly as they looked in the proof we signed off on.

If we need any more promotional gear, we will definitely go back to Steven and Britannia Promotion UK.

Every time I have used Britannia they have been efficient turning the order around and goods have arrived on time with no problems at all.

Called and spoke to a real person (rather than automated service) who really listened to what we wanted and sent us the agreed artwork quickly. The bands themselves arrived when they said and they look brilliant. Really, really happy with them as they have our logo on them so, ultimately, promote us too.

I needed some wrist bands at very short notice and although this was shorter than their normal standards, they were very helpful and accommodating and I received the products in the time stated.

They designed the products for me and we are very happy with the finished product. It made a change to find a company that was willing to be so helpful as there are so many companies who forget that being helpful should be a standard to building customer relations.

I can't fault the product (debossed, colour filled wristbands) or the service. I would recommend this company.

I ordered 2500 wristbands at the last minute. I urgently needed them for a festival and the guys got them done. I particularly appreciated that they phoned and emailed me regularly during the ordering process to make sure everything was sorted. I will use them again.

Britannia Promotions were friendly, reliable and very accommodating. Good Customer Service is paramount in my book and this company gets a 5* rating for this. I requested 200 bands as a matter of urgency and was promised a Friday delivery, I asked if I they could push it to the Thurs and they were very honest and open about not being able to guarantee that, so Friday was the agreed day but Britannia exceeded my expectations nonetheless and had them delivered a day early after all. The quality of the product, both look and feel was excellent and they served our purpose very well. I will definitely use Britannia Promotions again and would recommend them to anyone. A really good deal for the wristbands ordered for a book launch. I was a bit surprised when the delivery arrived from overseas as I was expecting it to come from the West Midlands. It would have been nice to have been told they would be coming direct from the overseas manufacturer - it was also a bit of a shame they weren’t produced in the UK!

The main colour did fade after a couple of weeks which was apparent when you put a worn wristband up against a fresh one, but still wearable and I would probably reorder from Britannia again.

Excellent service wasn't sure what I wanted at first kept in touch through email and phone. Great value for money great if your wanting to use these for a charity event would definitely shop with them again.

I am amazed as to how easy the ordering process was with Britannia Promotion UK. I was able to chose the exact colour and design that I wanted at a very reasonable price. Our wrist bands look brilliant and will certainly aid our charity fundraising this year.

We thought we could not get the wristbands we wanted in time, as another company said they couldn't guarantee the date we need but Britannia had no problem with it, they communicated really well with us and were true to their word. What a relief these days of lack to get good customer service all round!

I ordered 500 wristbands from Britannia and needed them in a hurry. They responded to my email straight away informing me that if I get my order in, they'll get it done in the small amount of time I gave them. There was then a problem with the courier (they couldn't find my address because I live in the sticks!). It was no fault of Britannia but they still gave me the tracking number, helped me contact the courier straight away and was genuinely concerned that I got the wristbands in time even though it wasn't really their problem, but the couriers (DHL who should have known better). Couldn't be more impressed with their customer service, and as for the wristbands, they looked great, and were fantastic value for money compared to all the other companies I got quotes from. I highly recommend these guys!

Good fast delivery excellent product friendly service

I found the level of customer service to be excellent, Steve was very helpful in making sure the design for my wristbands was exactly as I wanted, plus he priced matched a cheaper quote and also still honoured the free 100 offer, delivery was just as promised and the wristbands are proving to be a fantastic way of promoting our Charity.
Some of the bands had smudge marks and couldn't be used but overall very happy with the product.
