We invested a substantial sum in a new CRM and loan mangement system tewo years ago and they have now turned round to us to say thee system will be turned off at the end of 2025. Charlatans and shysters. Do not trust. This included their parent company Clearcourse. Not to be trusted. Crap product too.
So, despite the fact that BO implemented the software in completely the wrong way for our business, they have not really managed to do anything to rectify those mistakes. Tony is doing the best he can on support, but the software is not fit for purpose. and it feels like he is the whole support function for all users. Reporting is awful, restricted to only the default fields, not the additional ("dynamic") fields that you create for your own business. Then when you run a report and export it to excel, you can't do anything with it as it arrives as a text file!! Who doesn't need to total numeric columns of data, doesn't make sense.
BrightOffice is completely unprepared for the impact of the decommissioning of IE. We have had zero contact to advise how this would impact our business and we are having massive issues trying to complete our day to day activity which is having a seriously negative impact on our business. Trying to get hold of Support or our Account Manager is almost impossible and when you do they haven't been able to help anyway.
We have used Bright Office for over 6 years. Over those 6 years, there have been some issues with the CRM as it has some anomalies. Tony Jones and his team are only ever a phone call away and are always keen to resolve any issues to our satisfaction.
We have used Bright Office for 3 years since our inception as a CMC and as our sole CRM. Over the 3 years Bright Office have always provided excellent customer service, on hand to help at all times and only ever a phone call away. Tony Jones has been great in managing our account and always endeavours to support and address any issues quickly and to a high standard.
Oliver Roby has also been great in helping implement new software into our CRM and is always more than willing to proactively share helpful information to assist us further!
We would be more than happy to recommend Bright Office!
The system is full of functionality and I would definitely recommend checking it out
The system when it works is quite good, but it seldom works consistently, and there are more problems than benefits.
We have been fire fighting for nearly 4 years now.
I would not recommend, They miss sell from the start promise you the world. They constantly update the system which causes constant issues. In our opinion they do not care about you and your business.
They take ages to do anything. They do not make you feel like your business is important to them.
I think there are better providers out there.
We wish we had chosen someone else :-(
System is very nice to look at, yet once they have your business they will rinse you for as much as possible and you will forever be fighting a loosing battle. If you are thinking of getting a new system please think again and sign your contracts wisely. Boycott Brightoffice.
