Denice and Dave was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole course, would recommend for anyone interested in getting their sia license.

Wet bad staff management and first aid tutors stressing abusing behaviour towards students in class rooms and very un professional behaviour towards students, some of the class students racist and very rude aggressive towards each other not a good place to study poor management skills by this company how they deal with customers and students on sia course and first aid courses very un healthy environment and you can’t learn properly in class due to others being out racist comments and threatening comments towards you as a person very bad experience with this new first aid tutor from Liverpool area has something against Muslim people and how they she speaks and talks towards you very unprofessional behaviour she should not be a a tutor or have a job in the security services sector Tanya her name is very rude and aggressive abuse towards me and my view and options they need training them selves they pick and choose who they want to keep and get rid of, definitely not a equal opportunity policy at all

So for the first couple of weeks we had an amazing tutor called Tanya who taught us step by step each day and supported us until she left to go on holiday, we then had a nightmare with the next tutor as he was rude didn’t explain anything properly and taught us the wrong things but overall I would highly recommend bright direction training!

Dave was a great instructor and made the course a positive experience I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to gain a SIA badge

Dave and Denice, both excellent tutors all round pleasant, Dave was exceptional knowledgeable experinced and professional exactly the type of teacher you should learn and take notes from. Passed on my first sitting of exams, course is fully funded straight forward easy going if you make the effort great opportunity, skills that I've learned for life, from me big thanks for your time and help.

Thanks to Dave rowland I passed all my SIA exams today, he took time out with me and worked along side me massively to make sure that I took in all the information and fully understood everything, without him I honestly do not think I would’ve passed today, he’s techniques in teaching are absolutely amazing, he will do anything and everything in he’s powers to help you pass your tests couldn’t have asked for a better tutor

Deniece is an absolutely fantastic tutor her patience and understanding is amazing she’s is very nurturing and will do the best she can to get you prepared to go in to your assessments and exams, very down to earth and has everyone feeling welcomed, comfortable and confident, even comes to check on you after you go to the end part of course with second tutor, extremely supportive person amazing at what she does!

Lynn also is an exceptional tutor her methods of teaching are amazing and she really helps with taking all the information in and building confidence.

Without the two of them at the begging of my course I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have felt half as comfortable to carry on through to my final section

The support and assistance given during SIA course by Deniece and Dave has been phenomenal. Both of them go beyond to help their learners and assist with any issues.

The course itself gave me a lot of confidence and was presented in a way that was easy to understand but still embedded.

Had a Door Supervisor training there with Liam Hogan and occasionally Kent Lakin. Course was free and was from 29.07 till 22.08. Really good experience and new knowledge gained. Definitely would recommend.
