Bridgecrest is the worst lender they illegally repossessed my vehicle on November 11 and when I tried to get my property they saying that I can’t get my speakers back witch I paid out of pocket for with my own money I will be taking them to court they gonna pay!

Scam company

You never finish paying them off. They always have some excuse as to why you owe them more. If you have ANY other option I advise you to go with it and leave bridgecrest alone unless you want to be paying for the rest of your life. They find ways to make it more difficult. When I first got with them I switched jobs which made my pay day change and every time I called to get the payment to coincide with my pay day there was always an excuse. That was so they could charge late fees. But they tell you oh it's no problem to change the dates when in reality they never have that intension in mind. Bridgecrest the worst finance company around. Be very careful dealing with them they will definitely rip you off!

SOMEBODY PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN

This is literally the worst company to get an auto loan with. My loan is ridiculously overpriced and I can never get in touch with their credit department to fix the issues I’ve been having with my credit report and them not reporting my on-time payments. Don’t ever think about doing business with these people trust me it’s a huge mistake.

So weird

So, I got a car through Carvana and for whatever reason this "company" contacted me. It was during the workday, so I asked for them to send the information to my e-mail. Apparently, these people "can't send e-mails" which seemed super odd and scam like. I hung up when he started asking for account numbers. Blocked them.

Call you constantly for no reason

They call you constantly and they have no way to opt out of calls. I emailed them and asked them to stop and you know what they did, they called me again and again and again. Literally terrible. I haven't even made my first payment yet and I'm already going to switch to a different company. I got my car through carvana which I was happy with that but they make you do this company and I will never buy with carvana again just I don't ever want to deal with this company again. Just awful all around. Oh and there is NO reason for them calling they have all my info, my account is setup and active and I am on autopay. Their messages just say they want to call to say Hi. Just no, I'm working and I hate talking on the phone, just stop.

Bridgecrest is evil

I wish I could give them a negative feedback. Pure evil company. I have made all payments on time and they immediately call, text and email multiple times wanting another payment. I read the 600+ negative reviews on BBB and multiple, multiple web sites. Now thinking about selling the car just to get away from Bridgecrest

Sold my car back to Carvana and paid…

Sold my car back to Carvana and paid them the negative equity. Carvana has the car, but Bridgecrest is still trying to collect payments from me. My friend is general manager at a large dealership. They always immediately notify the finance company..Collection attempts stop within 24 hours. Bridgecrest and Carvana are partners. This is ridiculous and should be illegal.

AVOID this company

AVOID this company! If you are using them, they are out to screw you over in any way they can! I have been paying on my car for 2 years now. Had I had all the money I have paid, I could go out and buy the same car for cash right now, and have some left over. I got sick in March, was in the hospital the entire month. I get at least 20 calls a day. You can not respond to their emails or their text messages. Talking to a rep yesterday and explaining I was in the hospital for the entire month of March...I've done it several times now. I explained to them, I had to pay $1200 on my car and move which cost me about $3k...and they still want more! $2K more! To boot, she told me my final payment in 2029 is going to be $10K! I have 90 days to pay it or I will never get a title. Is that even legal?? In 2029 $10K will be about the value of my car! And I pay $600/mo as it is! When I got the car, they claimed it's value was $23K. I had to pay more on the deposit than we agreed, with their loan, I am paying double that, and now they say after paying $600/mo for over 5 years, I am still going to have to pay $10K for my final payment or I don't get my title, when I have already paid the value of my car off?? I had to have a co-signer which ended up being a co-buyer. The other person has never paid a dime on my car, but they would go to him and let him make all the decisions on my car! I am on SSI now after being in the hospital for a month. They don't offer to help, make different arrangements or anything! They expect me to take my little $967 check and give them $600/month. After, I have paid off the value of the car and I was a bodyman for 25 years, you know that isn't even what they paid for the car! And now they are going to charge me between 3 and 4 times the value of my car! And will never give me my title! This has got to be Racketeering!

Bridgecrest are Some Con Artists and by Far the Worst in Car Financing

Bridgecrest is the worst car financing company to ever deal with. They demand excessive payments and they will lower your credit score if you don't follow through.

Particularly in my case, my car was a total loss in a wreak and was paid off by my insurance. Even though the driver of my car wasn't at fault, Bridgecrest want more money out of their customer afterwards.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

1 day late and put you into collections

I contacted them stating we will be paying them off so I will not be sending my regular payment on its due date because we will get the funds a couple days later. They advised I make a partial payment. I told them I did not want to do that because the check is going to be more than we owe already. Got a phone call, which I did not answer so I used their text feature to talk to someone and told them that we will be paying it off then they advised me we were in collections, really 1 day late and we already in collections. I made the stupid payment and now they will have to refund even more. We have NEVER made a late payment til this one. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

And now they have the payment which is more than we owed because they check was written by a third party and they tell me it will take 8 weeks to get the overpayment back.

This is so ridiculous especially they want to put someone into collections when the payment is 1 day late but they can keep my money for 8 week! This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. So if you are considering this company I would highly advice against using them.

Bridgecrest is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have a payment due and called them to let them know AGAIN, that I am on Disability and my check goes in my bank on the first of next month. I told the person who I could barely understand due to her strong foreign accent, that u would make my account good when my disability check hits my bank. She kept asking me to make some kind of payment. I told her I had no money until my D-check goes in my bank over and over again. Finally I told her that I would make the payment on the first of next month and hung up. Sad when you call customer support and have to speak to a person that speaks very broken English. Worst company ever.

If I could possibly give 0 stars I would! This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Their customer service is horrible! They offered me a “deal “ to get my repossessed car back for $1600. Yesterday I got a letter saying they were going to sell my car at auction on 7/14. When I took out the loan with this horrible company I was making plenty of money to pay for the car. I lost my job 3 months later and now I’m only making $10 an hour. I just got a new job and now I’m going to have to tell them that I can’t take the job because I have no transportation. I regret the fact that Drivetime doesn’t work with any other company. They were charging me 21% interest! I’m sure I could have gotten a better deal with another company.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY FALSELY RUINED MY CREDIT.

I was in the process of buying my first home with my fiance, when it was discovered that 5 years ago the loan company put my social SS# incorrectly. I found this information out immediately and filled out a document to fix it. I now know that it was never fixed. This led to that incorrect SS# taking over my identity and every credit bureau only associated me with the wrong information. The correct information seemed to have disappeared. This caused my home loan to be flagged as fraud due to the conflicting information. I reached out to Bridgecrest many times. Also, I spent over 15 hours on the phone with every credit bureau to resolve the issue. Starting on June 4th for about 10 days, I fought tirelessly to get this issue fixed to finally buy the home of my dreams. The loan company, Bridgecrest, refused to provide any help and was honestly quite rude with me, so I reported this issue to the BBB. They reached out to me for compliance's sake, but never did anything to help the situation. They provided little help during my many calls to them and provided no help or insight then either. I let it go because all of my fighting on my own resolved the credit bureau issue, but I feared of them somehow turning it back therefore undoing all the hard work I did.

July 7th, I received a call from my loan officer for the home that Bridgecrest sent me to collections on the loan that I am still actively paying for. My credit history with them should be perfect. I strongly believe that I was sent to collections as a form of retaliation for reporting them.

Due to this situation, they destroyed my credit immensely for something incorrect and caused me to lose the home that I was in the process of purchasing in just 3 days. I gave all that I could to get this home. I had my dreams of homeownership shattered by a car loan company. I now need to fight through the process of correcting my credit, which could now take years with the damage caused. They refuse to admit what they did.

Finance practices are less than…

Finance practices are less than ethical. Was told extra payment amount would go toward principle only to discover they applied it all to pay "extra" interest. Have to call them prior to every payment to make sure extra goes to principle thew they somehow raise your minimum payment even after collecting a year of extra interest. Trash company NEVER finance with them, and shame on Carvana for associating with them!

Paid off my auto note 2 years ago and…

Paid off my auto note 2 years ago and still cant get the release of lien and title from them. They repeatedly say it will be 10 days and it never arrives. In todays electronic world this is absolutely absurd. Shame on Carvana for using them.

I regret ever getting a loan from this…

I regret ever getting a loan from this company. Every time I deal with customer service they are rude and unprofessional to the point of hanging up on me or disconnecting our chat. For a company I have given 20000 dollars to and still owe more than my original loan amount you would think they could at least be polite. I am in arrears, received an email stating I could make a payment by a certain date to get caught up. The operator tried to insist I pay before that date. When I offered that they come get the vehicle she refused a voluntary surrender stating that it would be repossessed soon. After finally agreeing to the terms outlined in their own email, she disconnected the chat 30 seconds after I asked a question regarding the method of payment stating they had my account info. Honestly, id like to give them back the vehicle just to get away from their predatory business tactics and rude and offensive "customer service" reps.
