Delivery was quick, but wrong items delivered. I ordered polybags for my child’s party and got different bags than I ordered, which was annoying as we spent so much time picking them out and wanted specific themes. I reached out to customer services but didn’t get a reply.

A really great shopping experience. I called them as a couple of polybags were out of stock and I wanted them for a party. They called back the same day and let me know the items would be back in stock a few days later. Order placed, arrived quickly and no issues.
I would 100% shop here again.

I placed an order for a retired set to be sent to Germany. The item arrived safely about one week after ordering and the customs process was smooth. No unexpected charges or taxes were applied.

Bought 15 poly bags for a children’s party. Didn’t arrive. Merchant emails to ask to submit a review but doesn’t respond to emails - phone number just rings and doesn’t respond to voicemails. Poor service - had to raise a chargeback with my bank.

I'd ordered 19 polybags for my son's party bags. A week passed and I'd still not received the delivery notification, then I started to worry. I read through the Trustpilot reviews from customers who had similar experiences and hadn't managed to get in touch with the company and I really started to panic! HOWEVER, I messaged the company on WhatsApp with a very panicky message with 4 days to go before the party, they responded the same day, and sorted out getting the bags to me in time for the party. Yay! Thanks so much for saving the day!

Good prices, quick delivery, items exactly as expected

I have been trying to contact them all month with a complaint about the condition in which I received my item, a rare, discontinued collector's Lego set, which was not properly protected and arrived in very poor condition.
I have contacted them through their website and by email, but I have not received any response.
I am very unhappy about the lack of protection for the item, as I expected better management from a shop specialising in discontinued Lego, and I am also unhappy about the silence in response to my complaints.

Pre order items arrived early so of course I am very happy. Checked the Lego with the omgbricks app and it correctly showed the mini figures in the boxes. It goes without saying original genuine Lego was sent and at a super price. Thank you all!

I've bought loads of this chap with no problems but now I get a damaged set he doesn't want to know!
Finally he told me to return it which I did, he now claims it wasn't delivered to him despite tracking showing delivered.
Turns out this is not a proper business, Jason is a scammer working from a home address, just check out 69a Avon Road!
I've emailed with no reply, he simply ignores you.
Poor service and he's now lost a customer.
