Great product. Good price. Ready quickly for click and collect.

Friendly staff and competitive pricing. Would have been 5* but delivery was a day later than agreed but I was not informed of this. Had I not rung to check, I may have had to stay at home unnecessarily.

Ordering online was easy, great communication to let me know my order was ready to collect.
And a nice young man, helped me to the car with my several pots of paint.
Great service.

Received the 10% gratefully. Since then I have had no discount. Not knowing that I had to agree to terms with the manager.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the Watford branch. Paint was mistakenly ordered from an online order at a cost of nearly £200 for Benjamin Moore Scuff X, it said white satin on the online form and that was what was ordered. Instead of maybe using common sense as it was clearly a genuine mistake, the lady on the counter was dismissive and rude. Ended up leaving the paint there on the counter. Don’t worry I will not be using you again and will also tell other colleagues in the trade to do the same.

Brewers branch in WATFORD is awful. Uxbridge branch very good very helpful. Watford no help at all bad atmosphere. Very unpleasant staff and the most young man who works here I don't know his name but I don't care. He is totally not interested in working. You are afraid to approach him and you feel awkward. His attitude to work is bad you can see from his behavior as if he was working here as a punishment. He is also arrogant. I thought he was just having a bad day and I didn't say anything. However when he came to deliver paints and other accessories that I need for my house his behavior was the same he drove up to my house very quickly I was afraid he would hit the house. When he came out I said good afternoon and he didn't say anything he just opened the side door of the van and went inside then he slid hard paints and other things that I ordered towards me and then he looked at me and said "this is yours". I took everything out of the van. He then came up to me with a piece of paper and said "sign this" when I signed and thanked them for delivering my order he didn't say a word he turned around got into the van and drove off leaving me and everything in the middle of the driveway. I will never use this company again. My whole bad experience I will tell all my colleagues my family and my mates family this horrible experience I am sure they will tell other people too. Brewers WATFORD is horrible. STAY AWAY!!!! Manager of this Brewers Decorator Centres in Watford branch need to have a serious conversation with that unprofessional rude worker. This worker needs to get at least written warning !!!

Good price with their fence paint, and delivered on time.

Communication difficult with the branch however this appears to have been the case as they were very short staffed. Once I visited to pick up the staff were great and the sprayer fantastic.

I have been using Brewers for last 15 years they have always giving me great advice and fantastic service

Ordered smoothly, was ready in quick time too.

Easy to order but delivery was farcical. Calling from an unknown mobile number and not leaving a message is not ‘attempting delivery’. It took five attempts and over a week before I got the paint. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush for it.
