The paint was mixed and ready ahead of schedule. I had a text to advise me it was ready.
When collecting the paint, I asked for some advice on sealants and the staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.

Helpful service from a company we've not used very often before.

I was served by Andrew in Sevemnoaks Branch who suggested he could show more samples of stins at Tonbridge branch. I took him up on this and when we arrived there, he tried a number of different stains on a spherical item that we needed to stain. Once we selected the colour, he went to the trouble of staining 4 such items for us and sold us a small pot of varnish. He went out of his way to provide the best service.
I have been a customer of Brewers for 60 years, and always have good service but this was exceptional.

After traipsing round B&Q overwhelmed by products and underwhelmed by the lacklustre, unhelpful staff, I went to Tonbridge Brewers. I was greeted as I entered with a cheerful "hello, are you browsing or can I help?" And help she did!! I'd been trying to colour match a sample of material, out came all the colour swatches and lo and behold there was the exact colour I'd been searching for!! A large sample was made up which was cheaper than B&Q!!
I rushed home, tried the sample pot.... PERFECT!! My decorator will be back in store on Monday! The young lady who served me, (from Eastern Europe I think, but no name badge), was brilliant! Thank you!

Great visit and conversation with the staff at Brewers Tonbridge. I purchased a tin of anti-condensation paint.

Last Saturday we visited the Tonbridge store to get paint to spray our house from top to bottom (minus 2 bedrooms). The plan was to do this in one weekend. Andrew, the manager spent an hour with us giving advice on the type of paint we needed, he made calculations of paint and covering we needed (we lterally had 10 inches left of self adhesive covering from his calculation :-) He also gave us advice on how to spray, the settings, the paint mix etc and the sequence on what to paint when.

Not only does the house look amazing, we completed the preparation and the paint work by 3.20pm on Sunday.

The staff at this store were extremely helpful and the customer service is 2nd to none. Will be visiting again to get the paint for the remaiing 2 rooms in the very near future.

Visited the store a number of times recently Customer service and advice was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Matthew and his team from calculating paint volume advising on finishes to remixing a colour.
