Not competitive for me
I’ve been in the game for nearly 25 years and never really used brewers as they never given you a good price. I can always get better prices elsewhere even after I set up a new credit account and discussed certain product prices and what can get them for they still didn’t make it worth my while.
I made an online order as this is what it’s for or so I believed only to be told that “I’m not having a pop but you should really ring up as we might not have what you want in stock and I have to source it”

Thank you for leaving your feedback. Your terms are certainly something the local team can take a look at for you, I’ll arrange for one of them to get in touch - you’ll also be pleased to know we offer a Price Match Guarantee.
Our online store has a good range of products but there are some lines that won’t be held by every store which means the product will either be supplied from a central location or a nearby store – this shouldn’t affect your online experience as these lead times will be indicated at the time of placing your order.
We hope to be able to welcome you back into a store when things are back to normal.
Kind regards
Nicky
