Great products, super fast delivery with care

Thank you for a great Service and quick delivery

Whilst the online delivery date was wrong and meant that the decorators I hired had to down tools, the staff at the Minworth branch were apologetic and gave me the explanation. Things go wrong sometimes. It’s how you deal with the mistake afterwards that makes the difference. They dealt with it really well. Although I could see I was last on the list when the delivery day came, I received my wallpaper first thing. I noticed that and really appreciate it. I also received a call a short while earlier to update me. My delivery was not on the day I expected but the service I received thereafter was great. I’ve used Brewers before (in Kent) and would definitely use them again. Have more wallpaper requirements!

Staff are always friendly, often help to my car when I have loads of paint and secure it well. I tend to order in advance and collect. Always a positive experience

I popped into your Minworth store on Saturday to get some paint mixed. Unfortunately they were unable to mix what I wanted there and then, but Julie and Dave were amazingly helpful and will organise what I want for later in the week. I can’t rate them highly enough, and they completely made my day won’t go anywhere else from now on.

This a small shop front but they seem to have everything at the back if you let the shop assistant know what you need. Parking is good. Customer service is excellent. We talked through my needs and the shop assistant was super helpful and even offered to help put the item in my car. Only issue was the paint amount they calculated turned out not to be enough as it was for new timber that soaked up more than twice the amount. However if you call before 8:30am they deliver same day for free. Very happy with the service and worth driving further afield for to get the right product and advice if you don’t have a nearby branch.

Even the delivery driver was an expert on the product! Just …. Wow!

The folks at minworth are all extremely helpful. All are knowledgeable and always able to assist with any query. Unfortunately, brewers are a little too pricey on many products for some of my customers, so quite a lot of business is passing by their doors.

Although the wallpaper i ordered took longer than the 3 days advertised the service from brewers was second to none. The male assistant at the minworth branch went above and beyond. I chased to see where my order was and he got back to me exactly when he said he would. He also callled me to say when it was ready to collect. Think his name was chris but not sure. Excellent experience, would definately use again x

I have just ordered a small tin of Farrow and Ball emulsion paint at the same price as F&B. I was encouraged by the free delivery. Even better my paint was delivered to my door within the hour. Now with all the extremely nee shockingly poor service out there at the moment this has to be a superb effort. I will shop with them again.

Booked a green paint mix online. Very prompt, collectable next day, happy with the spring green colour of Liberty.

Having such knowledgeable staff to help you through your projects makes everything so much smoother and fuss-free. Plus they don't make you feel like you're clueless! They really know what they're talking about and seem only too happy to put you straight. The Colour Mixing/Matching is a brilliant feature.
