The setting up of a credit account took…
EDIT 20/09/23 The manager of the branch and the account manager have both phoned me to try to ensure better service in the future. Thank you.
ORIGINAL: The setting up of a credit account took longer than anticipated, then the order took longer to deliver than anticipated, so arrived at school on the last day of the academic year. No invoice was sent, so no payment was paid, and the account was then frozen after 30 days, during the school holidays.
An invoice has now been sent immediately after I phoned, nearly 60 days on.

very impressed with fantastic customer service received on Monday at Brewers Maidenhead. came to have 2 tins of F&B mixed up. sales rep was very knowledgeable of all products and couldn’t be more helpful - even showed my toddler how the mixing machine worked! wont be going elsewhere. well done. receipt gives sales rep as U001533 - didnt get his name. order no. 506612

Website difficult to navigate but once understood, available range is good & online ordering process is easy to use.
