Brewers provide an excellent service, I have found them to be very polite and helpful with whatever you need. There is just one thing I don’t like and that is the Albany paint tins made out of metal. They rust very quickly around the lid and the rust drops into the paint.
Plastic containers are much better but I suppose with the controversy over plastics it is difficult for the manufacturer. However, maybe the manufacturers could look at perhaps coating the tins so they don’t rust.
My score was based on Brewers not the paint manufacturers. But I may change what make I buy next time.

Delivered on time, understood what we needed all around a good quick service.

I ordered Blackfriar Wood Stain on the 5.11.22, delivery should be 6 days according to website. On 27.11.22 I have still not received it.

Very helpful instore. I always use brewers when I can. The only fault I have had was that recently I purchased a sample of 'phoenix fossil' exterior paint. However when I bought the actual paint (a large amount) it turned out to be a lighter shade than the sample. The customer who's property I used it on noticed, he then argued for a discount of £300 on the original price given. I have had to take this loss due to improper colour matching from yourselves.

I called into the King’s Lynn branch yesterday for Hammerite paint which had to be mixed specially. I was served by the manager, who could not have been more attentive or helpful. She explained the process necessary and I was given numerous options as to the colours and tints available.
A very positive experience. Thank you.

Website was easy to use, found exactly what I needed, ordered click and collect, and it was ready on time, perfect. Staff at King’s Lynn are always helpful , great team to do business with.

Friendly, efficient service

I made an online order, one item was not in stock. I was advised an email would inform me when the order was complete and ready for collection.
I received no further emails.
After 10 days I called to chase things up and was told “it’s been here ages waiting for you to pick it up” I said I was waiting for an email to tell me when it was ready, he said “Nah we
Don’t do that”
I feel that I wasted time and considered cancelling my order but could not as the paint would already have been mixed and is non refundable. If you state that you will send an email - then you should! Why not tell people to call and check in a week if you can’t be arsed to send an email!
