Great service was going to collect but could not, emailed and asked if could change to delivery, they contacted me and delivered next day . The paint match was bang on.

Used in the past always been excellent - this time stressful!
Ordered in the past never had any problems, this time was so stressful! No communication unless I rang them to check when the items would be in stock & delivered. If I had been advised when ordering that there was a delay I would probably have ordered from elsewhere. The assistant blamed Farrow & Ball & the covid situation so I didn't know if they were going to arrive in time for my decorator - fortunately they were delivered on the day my decorator was booked for.

I'm sorry to read your 2* review and you did not receive our usual high standards of customer service. I sincerely apologise for the delay and any stress this may have caused you. Unfortunately we are still experiencing supply issues from a number of our suppliers. We try our hardest to make sure this delay doesn't have an impact on our customers, but I'm really glad to hear the paint arrived on time for you. Due to a supply delay of the base…
Due to a supply delay of the base material for one of the products on our ordered, we ended having to wait two weeks / 9 working days before the local branch of Brewers in Hull could complete our order. I would like to emphasise that the local branch did everything they could to improve this delivery.

Disappointed with first time order
First time ordering, estimated time for collection 8 days. Heard nothing, had to chase & call only to be told struggling to get hold of the base coat for my order. Currently still awaiting order after several weeks with no idea when I will return ribs my paint.
Disappointed with the service received, a courtesy call to let me know the situation wouldn’t have gone a miss.

Can’t fault staff at my Hull branch always helpful but don’t always have the stock in, to give you your first choice in Products.

When is it going to be delivered?
When I placed the order 7th March online it clearly stated that the item would be delivered in 4 days. On the 13th March I rang the Hull store to be told that it had arrived. When I asked about delivery they said I would have to wait until 16th March.
I had to fetch it myself which took valuable time from a very busy day, with trades on site.
This order was worth £326, is this how they treat their new customers?
Very disappointed there are many store out there which would value my custom.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected. The item had to be ordered directly from the supplier, which on this occasion took longer to arrive at the store than usual. Due to staff shortages on the Friday, the Hull store were unable to arrange for a second van to deliver to your address and instead put plans in place to arrange an alternative delivery date. We’re pleased to hear that you were able to pop into the store to collect your order instead.
