Online stock availabiliy is incorrect slow delivery
Item available online for store but actually not in store.ordered item for delivery to find it's actually out I'd stock after ordering.theyre trying source from another store.Been 11 days now I'd have been better off ordering off Amazon.

great selection but I'm not convinced…
great selection but I'm not convinced you're taking the trade along with you. Minimal discounts mean the tradespeople can't make a margin on materials.
Also, perhaps think about giveaways that might be useful. Sorry, I don't need a pint glass! Maybe focus in on things decorators need, like the blue t-shirts - much more useful and free advertising on clients locations.
