Amazing staff with a great knowledge and range of products. Very competitive prices too. Highly recommend to all.

I placed a click and collect service order for Resin and Primer but although I got an email to say it was in stock, was told to wait for a text to say it was ready. I emailed the branch two days later, got no reply. I then Emailed Brewers twice and was even beginning to worry if they’d gone into administration. I finally got the text after my third email two weeks later. It held up my job, embarrassed me to my client. No apology, to make me feel better about things. I had signed up to create an account at the same time but of course I’d ordered the resin before that came through and so no discount for a first order. Double disappointment. I used to like Brewers (walk in, to always find stock in the Canterbury store) Now I think I’ll order online (even if dearer) because at least I’m likely to get what I need when stated or informed otherwise.

Nothing but praise for this Company. I spoke to Brewers Head Office about a technical issue and then went to the North London Decorator Centre at Lyttelton Rd, London N2. The staff at the shop were incredible. Friendly, professional and helpful on a rainy Monday morning when most people are usually miserable! And I got loads of technical help from Brewers Head Office. So, many thanks and keep up the excellent standards.

I ordered online for Click and Collect early December 21. While the Click part of the process was good, the Collect was less so. It could be that it was just at the HGB branch, but there was NO separate facility for C&C customers like me just to go in and quickly collect - contrary to the impression I'd been given when I'd Clicked. Instead I waited in line while the only two serving staff chatted casually for too long with indecisive customers. ALL were maskless.
