I ordered some paint online through Brewers, it was easy to do and when it was available to pick up in store I received a phone call. The staff in store were helpful and I didn't have to wait long when I got there. There's a car park there. The paint was good quality and a good price. I will be using them again if I need to order the same brand of paint and would recommend!

Recently visited the Filton branch in Bristol. Great staff, really helpful and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely visit again.

Really easy ordering and pick up service. Didn’t have need to make use of the staffs knowledge but they definitely seemed to know what they were talking about in store.

I bought one single can of paint and had 6 emails (excluding the purchase confirmation)

Ordered easily. Delivered as promised. Am considering a further purchase at the moment.

One of the few places to have the exact paint we were after (Little Greene - Mister David). Whilst I was there they gave me some very useful general advice about decorating, after they asked me what project I was working on in a friendly manner. They were not obliged to do this, so this was a very nice gesture and they went out of their way to provide a good service.

I found the staff quite abrupt especially the younger man .

I’ve been very apprehensive to use the call centre as it’s different to what I’ve done the past 17 years. I’ve spoken to 2 or 3 of the team namely Taylor and George who are always up for a laugh and have enabled me to build up confidence in the new way to order paint when the store is busy

Let down on delivery on more than one occasion even after calling the store 4 days later and them assuring me that I would have delivery first thing the following morning, 3pm on a Friday is not first thing

Simple online order for an excellent product. Picked up from our local store from friendly helpful staff. Great service.

The Albany wallpaper was excellent quality unfortunately the delivery to store was delayed as my order was lost by delivery company so was reordered. Disappointed as this delayed my decorating.

Ordered some paint online, the website was easy to use. The item was ready for collection the next day and the member of staff was pleasant.
