I really had to insist...
I ordered online, to pick up Earthborn eggshell in "White Clay". The tin said "white" on it, and was told by the cashier that this was the same as "white clay", and that it was old labelling. I had to go back into the shop twice to insist that I didn't think this was correct, and that it stated on the receipt it needed to be tinted to "white clay". The cashier then rang Earthborn Paints who confirmed that white needed to be tinted to white clay...which they can't do in store.
It shouldn't be possible to order a paint to be mixed in store that can't be mixed in store. The cashier did however point me in the direction of another shop that stocked Earthborn Paints who did indeed have it in stock.

Website stock incorrect
I placed an order for three items as the website stated my local branch had all of them in stock. When I went to collect next day turns out one item was not in stock so had to return the next day to collect it. Disappointing

Thanks to Brewers, i was able to get Annie Sloan chalk paint, there used to be two stockist in Bristol but they are no longer listed. ordered online and picked up from my local store.

Really easy to order online. Delivery was especially quick. Saved the hassle of going shopping. I have used this service a number of times now and really recommend Brewers Decorators.
