Excellent service
I ordered paint and a member of staff telephoned me the following morning to clarify order. I received an email very soon after confirming my order was ready to collect. I was served by friendly and helpful young lady.

Only one overworked member of staff.
Only one member of staff working in Altrincham store on Saturday morning, long queues. People jumping the queue, and interrupting those being served, to get help and pay before their turn.
Only staff member very helpful, but mixing paint, taking money, answering questions, run off their feet. Branch seriously understaffed.
Go to Toolstation instead, no queue jumping, just friendly efficient service. Open all day Saturday and Sunday too.
