100% sure you’ll be better off shopping elsewhere
Incredibly disappointing shopping experience with them. I feel compelled to share my experience to save others from the same frustration.
Nonexistent Customer Service: I emailed their support team regarding a delivery issue and never received any response or callback. It’s as if their “customer service” department doesn’t exist.
Misleading Delivery Options: The website listed courier companies A and B as delivery options, but they actually used company C—an unreliable service I would have avoided at all costs. If I had known, I would never have placed an order with them.
Ridiculously Excessive Packaging: I ordered a manual grinder, yet it arrived in a box big enough to hold a 27-inch monitor. The amount of wasted packaging was absurd and impractical. Considering I had to pick up the package from the post office (thanks to the failed delivery, of course), this oversized box made the entire experience even worse.
Secretive Pricing: Why do customers need to log in just to see prices? This lack of transparency is unnecessary and frustrating.
Please, just avoid this seller. You’re better off shopping elsewhere.
