A great service from start to finish.
We have recently upgraded, and expanded all of our mobile communications across our estate. Luke was extremely helpful in helping us to select the correct equipment, and arranged for loan equipment for us to test and trial. As ever Brentwood made the whole process, simple and hassle free. The new equipment works as expected, and arrived fully set up as per our needs. Needless to say we are a repeat customer.
A great all round service.

Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, and easy to communicate with. Emails were answered in really good time. The questionnaire that was sent beforehand, is a really good idea and other companies would benefit from doing this.
I feel pricing is reasonable.
I have not had feedback from all sites that have had radio servicing yet, so am unable to comment on this.

Professional Company
This is an excellent company to do business with. We are a charity and we’re advised on the correct radios required for our circumstance. Phones are answered quickly and all questions answered. Delivery also excellent, with demo radios given to us to try out.

Our Account Manager was very…
Our Account Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the ordering process, and helped with pre-programming of the radio units prior to site delivery.
There was a small admin error either with Brentwood or DPD where an incorrect postcode digit was used for delivery which created a 24 hour delay, however this was quickly resolved by Brentwood and the units were delivered.
