Breezemax built my website two years ago and has charged me $3390 yearly to just host the website. I was a startup business and didn't know any better and trusted them that this was a fair price. This doesn't include any advertising or help with social media. My business wasn't doing well, so I decided not to renew my contract and I was told I could be spending the same amount but get better results, something they should have been doing the whole time i guess? Anyways, it was too late, I couldn't afford it anymore. They offered me 50% off my last month as a goodwill gesture, but they did not follow through and charged me 100%. They also never answer their phones. Sandra was cc'd on every email but never responded and her phone messaging system was never accepting messages. And I have yet to hear a response from an email I sent 2 weeks ago to multiple people, the main person being Alpha Timbo who was the main person i was dealing with. Their care for their customers seems to only count when they're getting thousands of dollars from them. No empathy for the fact that I only cancelled because my business wasn't doing well. I have email proof of everything I'm saying as well.

Where to start? Initially, it started off okay. They took over the hosting for my site, redid it, and maintained it. Everything was going along nicely. Then I got a grant for adding a store to my site and SEO.
They charged me over $1000.00 to set up the store page. Which I thought was a bit pricy but I didn't know. Then the salesman acted surprised that I was on a maintenance plan, implying that he charged me as if I was a new customer (even though I told him a few times that I was already with them)
Then came the SEO. For the price I was paying, I would have thought they were professional enough to get the research right for my site.
Now, they said I was a niche market, but regardless, there was enough competition out there to determine whether something would work. Yet they kept asking me to approve of them before they did any work. The process for that was a pain, as I added duplicates from the long list by accident. It took them a few days to figure that out and tell me.
Again, the salesman gave me a bit of the runaround, and things just didn't feel like they were moving. Now I do understand that things take time. after a couple of months, when I saw little movement in the rankings, I started to question.
I then got another list, and we started over again. I tried to cancel the service because I felt it was throwing good money into the fire. But it is a six-month contract so I am stuck paying for bad service for two more months.
I would look elsewhere. If you look at the other one-star reviews this is a common theme.

Maybe it's the team Breezemax assigned to my account that contradicts some of the glowing 5-star reviews. Or maybe those reviewers really did have good people assigned to their account. Whichever it is, my opinion of them is extremely low. While, I started out a couple years with optimism, given the communications I had with Alex, I soon realized he was a) a victim of his own lack of knowledge and b) was a victim of the inadequacy and knowledge of his back room people. In any event I eventually cut the cord with them and am working with a smaller, easy to understand and motivated group. Breezemax did nothing to improve my website, did nothing to improve my SEO, failed to adequately attend to my second year of advertising campaigning and, worst of all, fed me nonsense when I questioned their lack of quality assurance and failings. If anything, Alex wanted to turn the tables by suggesting I had a) not paid enough for some of the services, b) not paid enough to get good backlinks for the SEO services, c) not paid enough for Google ads. They were generally extremely slow to action items; they forgot items; messed up the links between pages on the web site; confused one web site page with another; fed me blogs I didn't ask for, didn't make any sense and had links included in them that didn't work; failed to properly set up my website 'Contact' page; failed to set up the 'Free Chapter Page' and blamed it on my computer ???. This was one of the most aggravating companies I have ever had to deal with, although the scammers out there run a close second. Good luck to anyone who choses Breezemax to do their work - but, perhaps you will get the 'A' team. Mine was the 'F-' team.

Zero results from their google campaign they did for us.. we made our own ads and did far better

Our company hired BreezeMaxWeb for 1 year to address and increase our Google Review rating score at two of our locations (retail businesses) in August 2022.
Breeze Max required full payment in advance for a better price for their services. We agreed to give them around $4,000 for the 12 months at two of our locations. It is now January 2024 and the results are in. Breeze max Web services generated zero results for both of our locations. I highly recommend you avoid using Breeze Max Web to help increase Google Review ratings. It just won't happen .. they have no magic or secret sauce that works.

Honestly, I'd love to keep BreezeMaxWeb as a suppressed memory, but feel like I need to do my part in warning others not to fall into the same experience we've had to deal with. They do not actually care about your business, and provide no useful insights. Our dashboard was empty for 6 months, and I had to chase them to do their job (blog posts, responding to google reviews, updating google listings). They spam you with emails requesting for reviews, after only 1-2 weeks of signing contracts (this is how they get reviews to cover up the real, constructive reviews). They are unsympathetic, and when we asked to end the contract, they did not care--no questions asked, and not even the slightest attempt at retention (biggest red flag).

Absolutely terrible! It was nothing but disappointment, stress and bills! Nothing else in return! I wouldn’t recommend this company for your marketing needs.

Told them we would like to try 4 months to test the waters. They said we had to sign a contract, but that was only a formality. After 3 months of them marketing to THE WRONG MARKET, they tried to blame us, then told us that we were locked in. After another round of them attempting to send out information touting my competition, we had asked them to simply stop. Once again, we missed, by 2 days, letting them know that one of their services would be cancelled. They said it was too late and auto renewed. 6 more months of suffering with ZERO new content. If we had stuck with them, we’d now be bankrupt.
Terrible terrible terrible

We had been searching for a website developer for our farm operation. After having 3 less than stellar websites developed which for the most part were cookie cutter style from other agencies, I must admit I was a bit jaded thinking nobody would be able to take our unique concepts and bring them into a digital presence in the way we wanted. These guys did. Jason Gacek and his team did an amazing job of creating a website that reflected who we were and what we offered. Completely knocked it out of the park. Their system of idea gathering, proposal, modifying/ tweaking and implementation execution was excellent EVERY step of the way. Jason has a solid team of specialists that could take on any issue we threw at them, and even though the nuances or vernacular of agriculture/ farm nutrition wasn't familiar to them, the nailed it!!! Congratulations Jason and Team... you guys have our respect and admiration for a job above excellence. I would DEFINITELY recommend Jason and his Team for anyone looking for a dynamic website to reach your client base.

Blair( our Rep) was very personable, seemed to know what he was talking about. When we got going with everything and the team created our ads, it was nothing but disappointment and bills. The Creative Team is terrible. Couldnt grasp the concept of our digital product. Pointed the ads to wrong page on site . We asked to cancel the account, they disputed and said we have to pay out the remaining contract. It seems as though, this is how they make there money. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL DO NOTHING AND MAKE U PAY FOR IT. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been dealing with BreezeMaxWeb for just over a year now, working with Olivana. She’s been such a great help with every detail. She’s been a pleasure to deal with, and was readily available whenever I needed her. Highly recommend.
