Can't praise this company enough, we had a new central heating system installed 11th September, all done in one day, the guys cleared up any mess, work done to a very high standard. Very happy. Highly recommend BRB Heating.

As usual service on time engineer very courteous and did great service 😊

Great service, BRB originally installed my boiler and have been doing the service on it every year since installation. I find the company to be very good, communication about time of visit accurate and very pleasant professional engineers. I would not use anyone else.

We had a new boiler replaced today and we are thoroughly impressed by the professional manner of the tradesmen,not to mention the quality and manners of the team. They arrived on time, and without taking any breaks the installation was finished by 5pm.Before leaving they tidied up any mess, gave full operational instructions and took all the old appliances away.
I only gave 5 stars because I could not give any more definitely a 10 star company.

Good communication from the company, really efficient and friendly engineer. Had a new boiler put in and some radiators changed, left the place really clean and tidy. Would recommend.

The 4 engineers came as planned at 8.00 am. I left the house to leave them to get on with the job. I was contacted 30mins prior to finishing to advise me I could return to be shown the instructions etc. Was very impressed by BRB from start to finish from the surveyor to the men completing the job. I would 100% recommend BRB as it was such a pleasant experience throughout having workman turn up when stated.

The communication was good they kept me informed al the way.prompt arrival and departure however they could have asked if I had noticed changes to pressure which I remembered after the engineer left.

Also would like to know if a follow u service will be done in 2025 under the warranty

Being kept informed with dates and times,the engineers were first class.

The 4 engineers came as organised at 8.00 am. I left the house then as not to get in their way. I returned at 4.00 pm when they were finishing up. So impressed by BRB, men were so pleasant, explained anything I needed to know. they even swept and tidied up every bit of where they had worked and also hoovered afterward. I could not have wished for a better company to install my heating, I was so impressed and would 100% recommend them. I am just delighted with my new gas heating system. Not forgetting The excellent Carpet fitter who came before and after the job uplifting the carpets and them putting them back down rhe following day.

I can't recommend BRB highly enough. They deserve six stars.
They arrived in plenty of time. they had plenty of staff to replace our full central heating system, including pipework. They left the house tidier than they found it 😊 They were finished in record time. All the floorboards they lifted were replaced and fixed down properly. They are an awesome company to work with.
