Sometimes they are okay but this year they have definitely been slacking and have also become greedy, doing little work for lots of money. They are poorly managed actually. This has always been obvious.

I’ve unsubscribed from their emails 5 times but I still receive them.

BrandYourself is excellent at giving you the tools to manage your online reputation. I came to BrandYourself because I was dealing with a negative review from someone I used to work with and I worried that it would hurt my career since it showed up in Google. I couldn't afford an ORM company that costs $10K or more.

I have been using BrandYourself for half a year now and it is a great site, they will tell you which post(s) of your's would be deemed inappropriate, tell you about data breaches and more perks. It offers very limited service to the free version though.
