Looking around for a company that provided bulk orders of branded cupcakes, at a reasonable priced proved to be a difficult task. That was until we stumbled upon Branded Cupcakes/Amore Bakery. From the start of the process of requesting a quote and asking a variety of different questions about the services offered, up until the point when the order was placed, the service received was excellent. On the day of our event, the cupcakes were delivered at the expected time, in perfect condition. All of the guests, as well as the staff members were absolutely delighted with the quality of the cupcakes, with many asking me to provide them with the name of the bakery. I would definitely recommended anyone to use this company for their cupcake needs and I know we will surely be placing a repeat order in the future.

We recently purchased a selection of branded cupcakes for a new office opening. They arrived at the specified time, looked amazing and tasted even better. I would definitely recommend this bakery for any corporate or personal needs you may have!

Excellent customer service, the cakes were amazing and enjoyed by all, both senior staff at the Trust and nurses. We ordered a large amount of cupcakes for 'Nurses day' an annual event at Birmingham Women's & Children's and we always come to Amore bakeries as we trust their work. I made a last-minute rush order for my partner's 1st business anniversary which was about to pass without celebration. The company were very responsive and helped me place the order. They also made extra effort to ensure the cupcakes arrived by 9am on the morning of the anniversary. The cupcakes had the business logo which is black and white, and the icing and packaging were colour coordinated to the logo. They looked very smart and tasted lovely and were handed out to the customers in the day.

As this was a personal purchase rather than a business purchase, if I'd had more time I may have looked for a cheaper alternative but considering the short timescale, the quality of the cakes and the effect it had on the day it was definitely a positive transaction.

It was a really simple process to order from Branded Cupcakes (Amore Bakery). The service was fast and I was even sent a picture of the goods before they were delivered.

Fantastic customer service with our order, very quick (almost immediate) replies to emails and always extremely helpful.

Our order was fairly large and had some specific/unique requirements, involving splitting the order to 2 separate delivery dates and locations as well as an early delivery time of 0630. In each case Amore couldn't have done more to help and accommodate and carried out our requests flawlessly.

The final product was of high quality in look and taste, each cake arriving in its own packaging and in large trays to aid distribution. Price wise they were extremely competitive and good value.

Would highly recommend for large orders and other commercial purposes!

Really impressed with the service! I had a tight deadline and needed the Cupcakes to arrive at a certain time. They arrived on time and even with a few additionally cupcakes which i thought was a lovely touch!
The only thing i would comment on is that potentially when ordering the option for flavours could be discussed as the cupcakes and topping was slightly bland. Other than that though really seamless experience.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Diana in particular was extremely responsive, helpful and patient, and made ordering the cupcakes a smooth and seamless process. We didn't do a huge order (about 500 cupcakes), however I would have no hesitations using this company again in the future, for a large or small order.
