I have been dealing with the same issue for over a month now, and despite sharing a detailed video with the bramework team, there has been no resolution in sight. It's disheartening to see that their focus seems to be solely on the new One-Draft-2.0 feature, leaving existing issues unresolved.
I've sent numerous reminders in an attempt to get my problem addressed, but all I receive are generic, copy-pasted replies that offer no real solutions. It's evident that the support team is either overwhelmed or disinterested in resolving customer issues.
The lack of attention to existing problems speaks volumes about their priorities, and the repeated assurances of resolution without any tangible results are disappointing. I feel neglected as a customer, and it's frustrating to see the team invest time in new features while longstanding issues are pushed aside.
This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the bramework team's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they reevaluate their priorities and allocate resources to address existing problems rather than focusing solely on new features. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services to others based on this unsatisfactory support experience.
