Perfect for the disorganised last minute present purchaser
Realised at midday yesterday that I'd forgotten to buy a birthday present, ordered from Brainbox Candy at 13.45 for next day delivery. It has arrived by 10.00 am, perfectly, minimally and perfectly packaged with no steep surcharges and all bloody brilliantly done!

No show
I ordered my card on 24th July. It is now the 3rd August and I still haven't received it. I have missed my friends birthday which is embarrassing for me as I didn't have a card. I would not use this site again.
I've just spotted the reply which is fair, although it is now the 5th August and still no card.

I'm really sorry to hear that your order has yet to arrive, we dispatched this First Class post as selected at checkout on the 24th July (same day).
Under normal circumstances delivery guidelines are 1-2 working days, I can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay it's very rare they let us down.
We've issued a refund on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill and would like to apologise again for the upset and inconvenience caused. The postal service unfortunately is out of our control.

Excellent product
What an excellent product, wrapping paper for a 70th birthday, and something I couldn't get anywhere in the shops, ordering was brilliant, ordered one day & it arrived two days later, I shall definitely recommend, we'll done Brainbox Candy, I will, most certainly come to you first from now on, what a great team.

I'm really sorry to hear that your order, dispatched on the 26th June hasn't yet arrived.
Royal Mail delivery guidelines are 3-5 working days, I can only apologise on their behalf and the Irish postal services for the delay, it's very rare they let us down.
