Ordered in January 2023. It was international order. Long story short, never received package and never received refund. They are blaming on courier for not getting back to them, but the courier already responded to my email to get a refund from the seller. Poor customer service. Worst experience. Used gift debit card for payment method so can't even do chargeback. Keep my money, I will never buy Bradford Knives again and post 0-star review on social media and forums forever. No wonder their UPS store address is listed on Google and ratings feature is turned off on Facebook page. I have all emails from couriers and this company to backup all my facts and claims.

Knife quality is amazing but they never tell u that u will have to pay import charges when order from outside USA in my case i ordered from UK and i had to pay 63£ import charges on top of my 239 dollars costing knife send them email they responded that is not they fault that i been charged that they didn't even offer 10% discount on my next purchase if they had included that is possibilities that i will be charged import charges and how much it would be it would be fine horrible
