Great customer service!
It said there was a 10% discount if you buy two, but I needed one brace for my right hand and one for my left so I couldn’t take advantage of the discount even though they’re the same product.
Update:
BraceAbility recognized this error and refunded me the 10%. It was a very prompt response. I am very happy with their customer service.

Ordering and Delivery Simple and Fast
Ordering on-line was fairly simple. Product arrived in a timely manner (4 business days: ordered on Sunday afternoon and arrived on Thursday afternoon). Haven't had an opportunity to see how the support socks feel and do yet though.

I liked being kept informed of my order…
I liked being kept informed of my order and delivery, up to the moment it arrived at my door. Unfortunately, the post-surgical shoe was difficult for me to wear, owing probably to some arthritis in my ankle, on top of the surgery I recently had. The shoe does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is to angle the toe area upwards. The angle isn't really that high but it was for me.

Splint was received within 4 days(I took free shipping option which came by USPS). Instructions to use are easy to follow. My therapist liked the splint. The only negative I have is the velcro is very difficult for people with hand issues to remove from the splint when you need to take it off.
