This company is very active on Instagram, I won one of their competitions in December by liking and sharing a post (so they benefited from free advertising). I was supposed to received 2 x 5ft nutcrackers. He showed them in the video.

They had been sold, they managed to get two more, and eventually shipped them. One never arrived as it was damaged in the post (inadequately packed), They insured the item for £130, but have refused to send either a replacement item, or recompense, - so they have run a competition and NOT issued the prize.

I am fed up being fobbed off, with silly excuses like "going to the post office" - The tracking tells them to contact and claim online- I even sent them the link.

I have now reported them to the Advertising Standards Authority,

STAY AWAY, THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING, FAIL TO DELIVER

Ordered 2x 3 seater sofas, and was expecting a call within 24 hours to arrange delvery within 6 weeks, as per their terms. No call or email, so cancelled the order. I have still had no acknowledgement from them. There is only a Mobile listed for a phone number too. Not recommended they also have a sister site called cozy suites.
