I actually love Bows Boutique always fantastic customer service excellent delivery options quality clothes/ footwear regular updates on stock and finally the daily videos of the new additions on actual people.

Very fast delivery coat came within two days by royal mail.
The coat itself is well and truly worth the £75

It has a lovely fur /fleece top lining inside zip and popper fastening.
Pockets and a elastic inside cuff to stop the wind and rain.

I ordered the Sadia chunky knit cardigan and was delighted with the quality of the cardigan when it arrived. The softness if the fabric and the hand-knitted appearance gives the impression of a much more expensive cardigan. I am 14/16 and the fit is great a little oversized which is perfect for wearing as a jacket with a cosy scarf and gloves in a cold but dry day. Usual high standard of customer service and speed of delivery.

Bought two coats from Bows Boutique and both fell apart within days—one lining tore, the other faux leather ripped. When I contacted them, I was only told to return them with no refund options or help with returns. (Judging by some other reviews, this has happend on more then one occasion)

I explained that i was going away & could not return the items in the time frame given, got a very rude response. Awful customer service.

Overall Very poor quality and disappointing service. I won’t be using this shop again.

Never heard of Bows boutiques until I saw a lovely dress on sale on Vinted , wasn’t my size , but looked on the brand name and Bows Boutiques came up , I headed straight for the site and wow some beautiful clothes on there , I was looking for some last minute summer dresses and I found 2 on there which I love , I ordered and they were with me within 48hrs , quick delivery , It was nice to see lots of items on there ,which you Wouldn’t get in the main stream clothes section of a local shop .
I will be definitely be stocking up on some winter stuff , once I’m back from my late summer holiday .

Every single order has been late and had difficulty getting it dealt with , no email or phone just chat . Clothes ive been happy with, eventually, hence my taking another chance on them .currently held on chat 50 minutes non responsive it latest stage .took my money happily, now the order numbers they sent me are apparently not in existance , i have screen shot ! Two deliveries are late 5 items . They have all my personal details , absolutely disgraceful, as said always very late always have to chase up , always a dispute . Really shoddy and a shame as lady is lovely who owns it and clothes recieved good . Even sent clearpay ref numbers . Absolutely awful . God knows how long it will be if ever i recieve parcels if not a battle for my money back.

Outstanding customer experience. I placed an online order at 10.33 Saturday 21st June 15 minutes later at 10.48 had email to say my order was on its way WOW WOW how impressive is that and today Monday 23rd June at 11am my parcel was at my door all the way from London to Yorkshire what a brilliant company to buy from highly recommended. Prices are great quality always good cust experience absolutely fantastic well done team bows.i don't often write reviews and I am very hard to please but I could not let this brilliant experience go un noted from a very happy customer.

This lovely company go over and above. When my delivery did not take place, DPD issue not the company, and it ended back at Bows around 2 weeks later.

I desperately wanted the item before my holiday but the item was out of stock in the colour I’d ordered and therefore no option to re order before my holiday and just wait for a refund on the original order.

I contacted Bows and explained. They resent my order to me when they had received it back to them.

They made no fuss or drama and were seeking no praise, just quietly sent it back and in time for my holiday!
