Their customer services team do
not honour a free returns label when the items are faulty even after sending photos in. There’s always an excuse that the items are not faulty.

This has happened on more than one occasion now.

Will not purchase from Bows ever again, the clothes are very poor quality and arrive squashed into small bags and then have to spend time trying to get the creases out.

Such a shame . After spending hundreds of pounds over the years to lose business over return postage labels.

Love Bows, the quality of the dresses I have bought are amazing & I have just bought the Navy Jodi Maxi dress, it fits perfectly & is very flattering, I am a size 20 & only 5 ft tall!!

Absolutely loves Bows. Get loads of beautiful clothes from there. The quality is always fabulous and the detail is exceptional. The videos are fabulous to give a real idea what the clothes will look like on. They also very frequently have special offers and discounts so you always feel like you get a bargain.

Customer service is fantastic, although very rare, if you have an issue they sort it almost immediately and communication is also with a human not a computer.

Absolutely great customer service from this company. Something Bows do best. Sorted my issue out without question.

I bought a coat from them and there was a hole in the pocket. A hole in the pocket lining is a issue and I only accepted the £5 to get it repaired and you wanted me to pay for postage to return a faulty item even though your shop is in borehamwood and I would of returned it in person. Also the boots I ordered the front has worn away after wearing them only for a few weeks..

Also magic trousers bought from them wearing them now hole in the inside leg.
Which was correct they are from January but I only toke off the tags today and wore them today.

Very badly made I did write a email to them regarding coat they said £5 back to fix it.
However I just feel like the clothes are not the best made quite disappointing. I didn't see a point of complaining or trying to trying to return after the customer service I received about the coat. But now writing the review as I am annoyed about the third item with the trousers. And it appears you don't want to see this as you blocked me on Facebook!

I had a slight problem with one of the items I had ordered. I emailed bows on an evening and got an instant response from one of the team. My problem was rectified instantly! The team are so friendly and I can’t recommend bows enough! You wouldn’t get 5* treatment in a high street chain. Bows made me feel such a valued customer and I have shopped with them for years. AMAZING!

Bows are amazing the quality of clothing is great they do lives all day so you can see what the clothes will look like on customer service is one of the best I've ever had to deal with if you have any questions you message them and they get straight back to you with a answer and it’s sorted Ozay and Ossie are fantastic they work so hard and the girls in the borohamwood store are fantastic too x

This company is so quick when you order and the quantity of their products are outstanding. They always go out of their way if you have an issue and they are always my first go to go to when I need an outfit for an occasion or just an outfit for comfort. Their Black Friday deals were amazing!! Also love the fact they do so many lives where you can actually see what the product looks like on before ordering. Keep up the good work xx

I've just discovered your boutique x I received my first order yesterday and it definitely won't be my last x I got the dot jumpsuit in navy x It's absolutely gorgeous 😍 it's very flattering on and the material is amazing ❤️ I'm a size 12 but it would stretch easily to a size 18 and it won't lose it's shape x And there's a bonus too it doesn't need ironing x I also bought a floral dress x It feels lovely on and also so flattering x I also bought my Mam 2 tops for mothers day ❤️ and I know she's going to love them ♥️ I got free delivery has I spent over £75 ❤️ I put my order in on Friday and they arrived on Monday x I would definitely recommend you and I'll be visiting your website very soon xxx A huge thank you 😊

Bows always deliver! I absolutely love their clothes. The quality and range are brilliant. I have only ever had one or 2 minor issues and it's safe to say the rectified them without question and extremely quickly! Their customer service is second to none, alot of companies could learn a thing or two from them. Thankyou to the Bows team..... you're incredible!

Been shopping with Bows Boutiques for several years. This company goes beyond customer service. Every step of the way from ordering to delivery is emailed to you. The speedy delivery is excellent. Great team and top class customer service. Wonderful selection of ladies wear only problem is it becomes very addictive highly recommend.
