From the initial meeting with Steve Eddolls we knew we were in good hands, he was patient and professional explaining the process clearly and without any pressure. Both Steve and Tracy Wheeler were available whenever we needed to speak with them and went above and beyond in their support.

We would thoroughly recommend Bower Home Finance for arranging Equity Release Products. Sheila Carroll arranged our Lifetime Mortgage for us and together with her deputy Tracey Wheeler was brilliant from start to finish. Sheila is very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our application was by no means straightforward but Sheila was always there for us to sort things out with the lender and the conveyancer and definitely went the "extra mile" to help us. A big thank you from Gary and Beverley.
