It works well and it's eco friendly. So I'm pleased about that. I only wish it smelled stronger of pine and cedarwood. The smell is very faint. But I'll keep using it because it works well.

The dispenser has been improved since I bought my big starter pack, it was too easy to accidentally open the lid to the wide neck for filling. The cleaning product itself is great as well, hence buying it again. This pack was great value since I didn't get on well with much else from the main starter pack

Sorry to say, I am very disappointed with the loo cleaner. It smells great, but doesn’t remove stains.

Love all their products. They work really well with our bio-digester system.

I don't think this is product is making any difference to my toilet bowl - I have not seen any improvement at all. I like the pouches, I like the smell but I don't think its working Also on a side note, I have not been able to take the lid off the original bottle to refill it so that has been frustrating too. Am underwhelmed by the whole thing.

Tried this for the first time and it seems very effective so far. Really like that it is not highly coloured like other toilet cleaners and not strongly chemical smelling.

Improved dispenser, much better. The product itself is perfectly good and great that it’s transparent.

Just purchased a house with a waste treatment plant and needed to find a toilet cleaner that was compatible. This starter kit, along with the ease of returning used pouches, ticked a lot of my boxes.

This does not smell good. Reminds me of what was put down public or school toilets in the 1980s
