Great idea and love the fact the packaging tells you how many times it’s been used. On a mission to get as many refills in the box 🙂

I'm disappointed that you have changed to using Evri parcel service to return your empty pouches. It's more difficult than popping them in my nearby post box used to be.

Great that you can post these back for free. The only issue is, they don’t fit in all post boxes - luckily we have a post office nearby with a larger post box and I could fit it in that.
