Reply to sellers response - I tried to contact your company directly before posting feedback was asked to keep incorrect product sent and offered 10% refund on an item that I didn't want nor order.
If I wanted what you sent I would have ordered it.
No effort was made to resolve the item you didn't send. 10% refund was go away money.

The socks were not at all as advertised and when arrived were worse than if I bought from Temu. Cheap, poor quality and returned. Falsely advertised

Dining and hospitality was great
Dining and hospitality was great. Unfortunately one of the meals was not up to scratch but they were extremely apologetic and immediately replaced it with a fresh one and gave us three free jugs of beer. Fantastic experience in the end
