From the included account management pages and the way staff responded to my questions I was really pleased with the attention to detail and the service that was provided by all staff. It shows they really care about their customer experience and not only did I get a cracking deal on my purchase, it felt like I was an actual ‘customer’!! It’s not often that can be said nowadays.. the delivery guys went the extra mile too and we’re super courteous and friendly. Purchased a 10k washing machine. Great communication, Great product, happy friendly people. Offered to deliver tor free but we had a trailer which they loaded for us. Warranty given.
A week later we bought a dishwasher too.

We bought a washer/dryer from BHF. The product was exactly as described on the advertisement. We received the appliance on the next day. The delivery staff were very good and quick helping to set it up.

I Was After New Hisense Heat Pump Dryer. Found This Company Online & Phoned Them. From When They Answered The Phone They Could Not Have Been More Helpful. So Ordered It With Them On Monday & Could Not Believe That They Offered Next Day Delivery & The Charge Was So Reasonable.The Delivery Men Phoned To Say They Were Running Late But That Was No Problem For Me. When They Arrived They Were Very Helpful & Put The Machine In The Room I Needed It In.
With This Service From Phone Call Monday To Delivery
