Great service and knowledge, able to provide a double fridge freezer to the exact specification we were looking for. Communication was great throughout the process and the delivery was incredibly smooth. They couldn’t have been more careful or courteous whilst delivering and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Would recommend and will be returning!

Absolutely fantastic service. I was lucky enough to have won a washing machine through a competition on the bourne home furniture facebook page and it was delivered the same day as the winner was announced by a two man delivery service! For a small business it offer much better value and service than the big companies. Really appreciate everything.

Purchased a washing machine from Chris and Shannon and I have to say I was so impressed with everything from them advising and helping me decided what machine was perfect for me. They are so helpful and take all your needs into consideration. The delivery prowess was fast and brilliant from start to finish the boys were so polite and very professional helped me move my old machine and put my new one in thanks boys. Bought a double bed and mattress. Mattress is great, and the bed frame is built well. Good value for money and delivery was on time. Would recommend.

Was a abit skeptical about buying here because I was always told if it’s to good be to true it normally is, I couldn’t believe i could buy a £350 washing machine for £200 with free delivery and a warranty..

Turns out you can, the washing machine turned up when they said and the delivery guys were fully equipped to get it to my kitchen without a struggle. I opted for the install when I bought it and they were really professional, they took the old one out put the new one in and even put it to run before they left to make sure there were no problems.

I was explained to about how to sort out my warranty, the old machine was taken away and they mopped up the mess.

First class service from start to finish, Shannon served me in the shop and the baby was gorgeous he kept me entertained the whole time, really pleasant experience and I will be back I really fancy one of the beds thank you so much. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Recently purchased my silver crushed velvet sofas and silver crushed velvet sleigh bed.

We upgraded our mattress to a memory foam with a lovely thick quilted cover and OMG!!! I can’t get out of it had it for a week now and I was nearly late for work the first few days!!

Best decision we made. The staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the right mattress, they set it all up for us on delivery as promised and they took the rubbish. Not often you get a service where it’s all about you but that’s exactly what we got!

The sofa is amazing also we all fit on it and is perfect for cuddling. Would 100% recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much x

Excellent, we purchased our new fridge freezer. Can’t fault the staff or the prices!!! The delivery was smooth they lads carried it in put it in place and took the rubbish away with them. I didn’t have to lift a finger :)

I recently purchased a double crushed velvet sleigh bed and memory coil mattress from Shannon and Chris at Bourne home furniture and I’m over the moon with how amazing everything went from the purchase to delivery both Shannon and Chris took into account what I was looking for and advised me in a very professional manner on the best mattress to buy!!! I have had the best sleep ever in my new bed and the mattress is Devine and everything I was promised.
