Bouden coach travel  Recensioni

The coach was clean, comfortable and on time. The company is competitively priced . The customer service has been excellent and best of all the driver was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful we felt very safe. All of this helped make our day at the seaside a great success. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish for our trip to York races. The minibus was in good and clean condition and very comfortable. Both our drivers were punctual, courteous and flexible.

Cannot recommend Bouden highly enough.

My experience with Bouden Coach Travel was decent since we completed the journey on time and without incident, despite the fact that the driver made a few mistakes. I think we made a solid investment in the coach, so I think we were entitled to the greatest treatment, but I don't think we got it. The driver was fine on the way to the beach, but when we got there, we were on the EAST side of the beach when we wanted to be on the WEST, and he refused to take us, which was a great inconvenience for my family and I. The good news is that we were eventually picked up from there, but on the way back we only stopped at one service stop rather than two as had been agreed upon with the previous driver. The new driver then tried to rush 21 passengers to the service within 5 minutes, which I believe is impossible given that the coach was parked at least 5 minutes from the service location. He even said, "We better hurry up," which I felt to have been rude. As a result, the service did not live up to my expectations, given that I paid a significant sum for the bus and so anticipated at least the bare minimum. Thank you very much!

Recently used bouden coach travel and i must say service was exellent from start to finish
Office staff were professional friendly and went above and beyond to make everhthing perfect
The minibus was luxury mercedes witg tables and our guests were very pleased .

Do not touch this company with a barge pole . Charged £700 for a luxury minibus transfer and we ended up with a beaten up , filthy works van that was 17 years old and falling apart . The driver was wearing flip flops and we saw him nodding off at the wheel when doing speeds of nearly 85 mph . Upon contacting Bouden for a refund I had a reply stating that we had racially abused the driver and were very bad passengers which is an out and out lie as that’s just not who we are . The rest of our party will be posting bad reviews for this company as they have made an offer of £25 refund which is an absolute joke and we are now seeking legal advice to recover our costs . Everyone needs to know never to use this company, totally shocking and upsetting experience and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review .

I work as a support worker to young adults with learning disabilities & autism, myself and the support team planned a day trip to the seaside, and booked a minibus with Bouden Coach travels, and I must say we were very impressed with the minibus, the driver, the pick up to and from destination and all at a very reasonable price. Thankyou...😊 We will definitely be using this company again for future day trips/outings.

Excellent travel service providers. Right from recommendations , to very reasonable quotes which beats the next nearest quote by at least 25% , excellent skillful and very nice drivers , customer care , email alerts ....other travel agencies should learn from them. In the last 10 days , we had 3 very long distance tours with Bouden and the above reasons make it compelling to just stick to them. Zara from Sales team was really wonderful but also other members are also great. Keep up these levels and be an example to others.....Regards Ajit , Birmingham

Etching Hill WI visit to Halfpenny Green Vineyard on the 19th July ‘23
The coach arrived early at the Village Hall. Our driver Amar Bashir was very pleasant and we left promptly at 10am. Amarillo took us via the countryside instead of the main road to Wolverhampton. This was much appreciated by our group.
Two problems were identified with the coach (one broken safety belt catch and one missing armrest) I have spoken by phone to staff in the office about this.
An enjoyable outing was had by all.

Hello. I want to share my impressions of using the services of this carrier company, and they are completely unsatisfactory.Starting with the fact that on Wednesday July 12, 2023, the bus driver who was supposed to leave our group of almost 50 people from Worcester to London at 5.30 am was late (I think overslept), which is the height of unprofessionalism! more than an hour, and we all, including small children aged 7 years and older, had to wait at the bus stop and freeze in a long wait. And when finally the driver arrived, it turned out that the toilet was not working as needed.Due to the lack of professionalism of the bus driver, our group was late for all planned and important excursions for us, which greatly upset everyone. But the most unpleasant happened when another driver of the same company, for unknown reasons, decided to return our group back to Worcester by the longest possible route and in addition to noticing which we are all tired, made myself lunch break for as much as 40 minutes.Because of this, we returned as you understand very late and with the most negative impressions from the services of this carrier company.Definitely and unquestionably I do not recommend anyone to use their services.Rating: Very, very bad.

Attended office for a job position of employment didn't declare my autism. Was sent a contract of employment which was then withdrawn after I texted that a staff member Monisha had a nice whats app photo and looked sassy, she commented that she felt it was an inappropriate comment at which I said sorry then was what's app that I was no longer required due to this at which I stated that sometimes my autism causes me to say inappropriate things even though I only meant that she was bold
Innovative and bright (intelligent)

The worth experience I have ever had in my life. We had a trip from Worcester to London on Wednesday 12th July. We should leave at 5.30am! The coach arrived to pick up our group with a delay of more than one hour!!! We had to wait for it on the street early on a cold morning. This delayed departure caused us to miss a booked tour in the Parliament. Moreover, the toilet in the coach stopped working an hour after the departure from Worcester. Nothing could be worth, but on our way back to Worcester from London the bus driver in the middle of the trip decided to make a break for 40 minutes and then chose the longest way towards Worcester that you can ever imagine. The trip that should be a treat for us became a nightmare! We came home exhausted and frustrated!!! Never use this company!!

The staff at Bouden Travel were very helpful with regards to the booking process. On the day the driver was on time (if not early for both journeys), helpful and very friendly. The minibus was also very clean and spacious for 6 people with plenty of room in the boot for all of our belongings. Would definitely use this company again.

We booked 2 x Coaches to take 6 of us from Sutton Coldfield to Manchester Airport - June 2023

The bus that took us to Manchester was not a company-owned vehicle from Bouden Coach Travel but an Uber! It had Uber stickers all over the bus. We constantly had to stop telling the driver to stop tail-gating at 70-80mph!! If I wanted an Uber, I would have booked an Uber! We booked with the supposed "number 1 place for minibus, coach, and car hire, as we thought we would get someone from that organisation to take us.

When we returned to Manchester Airport at 11 pm, NO coach turned up!!!!!!!! How a coach company fails to pick up its passengers in this digital age is just beyond me. To add salt to the wounds, the 24/7 out-of-hours number was not working either, so we were left stranded. After waiting an hour and several attempts to contact Boulden Coach Travel, we had no choice but to get a black taxi back home. Six of us crammed in the back of a black cab (with luggage) for over 2 hours is not what we paid for!!!!!!

When I contacted Boulden Coach Travel for a full refund, they only agreed to refund the black taxi journey, which has taken them over two weeks to repay and has caused me many issues.

I have received no apology or any additional compensation for being left stranded at Manchester airport or compensation for not receiving the service we expected.

A COMPLETE SHAM!!

Had a great day at Ascot. We did have a few issues with trafffic and parking but the driver was very calm and accomodating. He was also very friendly and polite, even though we had had a few drinks by the end of the day. Booking was also easy and the price was reasonable. Any questions we answered straight away. Would highly recommend Bouden Coach Travel

The driver arrived before time, was very polite and helpful. Bouden coach company kept me informed of arrival times and for anything else. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication excellent with the company and the driver and very nice minibus the driving was good. Picked up at Luton Airport and dropped at Birmingham International railway station Thank you

Excellent company to deal with, driver on time, reliable and chilled. will definitely use the company again.

We booked a coach with Bouden in May 23 to transfer a wedding party of 30 from the wedding reception venue to Lea Marston Hotel which was a few miles away and should have taken no more than 8 minutes. Unfortunately the trip took over 30 mins, the driver took endless wrong turns, got lost and had to stop to check his map/sat nav and drove far to fast. My wife and other members of the party were very nervous during the trip due to how fast erratic he was driving. Also I had repeat emails from them asking for payment when i had already paid, on contacting them they stated that they could not find my payment in there system. Needless to say I don't recommend Bouden Coach Travel.

We booked a lot of coaches with various companies for a day trip. The Bouden coach was on time both on the outward and return journey and the driver very helpful. I got a contact number for the driver on the day of the event which was useful but luckily we didn't need it. I also got confirmation of the booking the week before the trip.

Excellent, drivers very polite & professional. Timing was spot on & vehicles were very clean & perfect for our needs.
Communication at all times was very good & the price was better than all others looked at. Thank you very much.
