The Bostic Law Firm and Christopher Michael Ramsey, Bar No. 75323, DOB = 2/23/81; 3130 Floral Bank Lane, Charleston, SC 29414; 864-992-9484; cr258?aol.com; have committed lawyer misconduct. Chris Ramsey has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 407, and the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR, adopted by the Supreme Court of South Carolina by his unethical behavior, his immoral values, and his criminal actions. Chris Ramsey must be disbarred from the practice of law in South Carolina for said violations for the safety and protection of its citizens and law abiding residents. I am hereby charging Chris Ramsey with financial exploitation, abuse of a handicapped person, along with psychological, emotional, and mental cruelty.

I have had the unfortunate experience of hiring Chris Ramsey as my attorney over two months ago, during which time Chris Ramsey did absolutely nothing on my case, submitted no information, documents, or requested complaints or filings, and did everything in his power to harm and injure his client me. Chris Ramsey promised me that he would submit a complaint which I had already drafted for him to use as a draft: Chris Ramsey lied and never did this. Chris Ramsey promised to submit numerous critical documents of my case, related to the opposing party, their false claims, and the harm and injuries caused by the opposing party against myself and my family: Chris Ramsey lied and never submitted a single thing. The only thing that Chris Ramsey did was to collude and conspire with the opposing party and parties who are not even parties to this lawsuit and litigation in order to harm myself and my family. Chris Ramsey never gave me a legal agreement or signed contract, whereby he had already agreed to represent me after paying him a substantial retainer. Perhaps Chris Ramsey’s excuse is that “he never represented me” because he refused to sign an executed agreement after accepting payment and obviously causing harm and injury to myself and my family on my court case.

The only thing that Chris Ramsey did do was demand that I produce a letter of good health from my healthcare provider after two months of “non-service” and “non-performance” on the job. Chris Ramsey collude and conspired with Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, and Dan Boles to demand this from me. The only thing Chris Ramsey did was submit this letter of good health to the court. Immediately upon its submission, within hours, Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey had plotted, threatened, forced, and compelled said healthcare worker. These threats and demands were made where I lived in Arizona, while these parties feigned legal authority, falsely practiced law in the State of Arizona, and wrote absolutely “fake” subpoenas demanding this information from my healthcare worker. My healthcare provider was scared, threatened, and felt they had to give Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey whatever they demanded. The truth was my healthcare provider didn’t have to give Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey anything; none of them are lawyers, passing the state bar in Arizona, none of them of legal authority in Arizona, and none of them are qualified to issue subpoenas or any other legal demands, or to state they are attorneys in Arizona.

Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey all of them knew better than this. Yet their greed for money. Their hatred of myself and my family, drove them to commit not only these numerous violations of Rule 407 and Rule 413 in their lawyer misconduct and disciplinary actions. Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey also committed criminal actions in their conduct and behavior, knowing all to well what they were doing. Even more than that Brian Dumas, Drew Raedeker, Dan Boles, and Chris Ramsey submitted false documents to my healthcare provider; and they plotted and submitted false documents to the court of law in South Carolina. All to satisfy their greed and hatred.
