Great plow. Worked fantastic. Worth the price.

Quality toughness dependable

The electric connection plugs are terrible. It doesn’t close completely leaving a pronounced gap for the elements to corrode connectors. Also, it would be helpful if there was an automatic blade return to 180 degrees from any position. Something similar to your float button. Your quality control was also disappointing as I had to return to the vendor three times for what finally turned out to be a defective hydraulic hose. This cost me three hours travel time alone plus time spent waiting at the shop.

Purchased Boss V-Plow for my Kubota RTV from Holmes Equipment & Sales. The purchase was smooth and installation they did was on time and excellent! I've only had to use it for one snow event so far but the plow is well built and extremely functional in all aspects of snow removal. Excellent!

My controller plug in was stubbed out on the right side of the steering wheel clear down at the trans hump, having to stretch the coil cord. I have always had my controller on the left as the shift lever is on the right. I really like the down pressure feature, however I can not get the controller to stop doing the "express raise", which I hate. I have followed the instructions to stop it and it will not do it, it also will not go into "heavy duty mode". The dealer claims these features do not work if D-Force is added. I find that hard to believe. I'd sure like to find out what is going on with my brand new plow.

The guy and gals at Fox Valley Truck, Appleton, WI, were a pleasure to work with. They are a knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and accommodating team. As for the BOSS Plow equipment purchased, it preforms as it states in it advertising. Only problem was the attachment nuts on the plow solenoids. Recommend changing the brass nuts to stainless on the assembly line. The brass nuts were cracked and had to be replaced. This seems to be a common problem.

I had my plow installed at Mosiac Chevrolet in Zumbrota, the service was great, everything installed on time, at the price we agreed, The plow is very user friendly

I have a 8’2” V-Blade. Sometimes when you’re pushing a heavy pile of snow, the blades will bend back. Anything over 30cm/12” my blade would get hung up. Usually happens at the mount under the truck because everything is so low, and I have a 3/4 ton. The wheels spin looking for grip in the snow, it turns into ice and now I’m out there with the shovel for 25 minutes. With a lesser amount of snow, it works great.
