Sent to be repaired ,returned worse than before , appalling attitude of customer service .Booked in again but Bosch had neglected to tell the courier company .So waited in vain all day , nothing . What has happened to Bosch I regret purchasing their 36v tool range one day later hedger still not been collected , called Bosch again got a hostile reply from their customer services telling me that I should not call fed ex . Go figure?, I should just wait at home and hopefully one day they will collect it .I asked to escalate this and was told that it was unlikely that I would get any feedback from Bosch even if I escalated this . What a team . Appalling, Bosch,please contact me .

Avoid. They don't honour their warranty.

In December 2023 my wife purchased for my Christmas present a Bosch combi drill. One of the reasons I had selected this drill was the 3 year warranty shown on the B&Q website. I registered online for the 3 year warranty and I have a response email confirming that it is covered until 24/12 26. Part of the online registration was to provide proof of purchase, which I did.
In March 2026 the product failed with a broken drive. I contacted Bosch requesting a warranty repair but I was told that I could only get the benefit of the warranty if I could show proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt. My wife no longer has the receipt, so they have refused the repair.
I believe that this is contrary to my rights under the Consumer Rights Act. I provided proof pf purchase when it was registered. There is no logical reason for the stance they are taking. The product warranty was registered to me when it was new. The serial number proves its age and that it is still within the extended warranty period. It appears to be just an excuse to cut down on their warranty liabilities by retrospectively coming up with an unreasonable and unnecessary additional condition. I have reported it to Trading Standards and we will see if they agree.

How I wish I had looked at the ratings here for Bosch Power Tools which show that I am not alone in my frustration with them, including them finding reasons not to honour their warranty commitments. The shape of their review histogram is the worst I have ever seen and shocking for a household name company. And they do not even acknowledge or respond to any of the negative reviews, which says a great deal about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Over and above this, the product is clearly of very poor quality because it suffered a massive failure after just very light DIY usage. I doubt that it had even been used ten times. And they clearly just don’t give a toot! Are you there Bosch? Are you listening to your customers???

Bosch Akku 10 ToolKit 18V - 10 Maschinen + 3 x Akku 18V professional

Habe ein ganzes Bosch Akku 10 ToolKit 18V -
10 Maschinen + 3 x Akku 18V professional bei Toolnation gekauft. Bin mit diesem Boschset überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Nach 2 Wochen normalen Gebrauch ist schon die Säbelsäge ausgestiegen. Habe diese auf kompliziertem Rückversand zu Toolnation gesendet. nach 3Monaten immer noch nicht zurück. Nun ist auch das Multitool an/aus Knopf nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, einfach nur Müll was Toolnation verkauft, kostet viel ist aber nur der letzte Müll.

Säge auf dem Weg zur Reparatur verloren gegangen

Ich habe viele Bosch Professional Tools. Dazu gehörte auch eine Akkusäge. Bis die Säge zur Reparatur musste. Es war die erste Erfahrung mit dem Reparaturservice von Bosch. War bislang sehr zufrieden mit meinen Tools. Am 05.12.25 wurde die Säge bei mir Zuhause von DHL abgeholt. Bis zum 30.12.25 habe ich nichts mehr gehört und habe per Email über den Stand der Reparatur nachgefragt. Die Säge ist bei Bosch nicht angekommen und es erfolgt ein 30 tägige Suche durch DHL. Mittlerweile haben wir den 04.02.26 und der Reparaturservice antwortet nicht mehr auf meine E-Mail. Falls hier jemand von Bosch mitliest habe folge ich hier das Ticket [ Ticket: 4614963 ] 251203106033.
Das ist kein Service für den ich mit den Preisen für Bosch Geräte bezahle. Werde in Zukunft auf andere Marken ausweichen bei denen es mit dem Service funktioniert.

Best Power tools but absolute worst…

Best Power tools but absolute worst customer service. Rude, untrained, foreign, work from home and not a care in the world individuals. Absolute disgraceful service.

Dare to buy a spare switch for your professional tool and they charge me, don't send it, have me emailing, calling and nothing !!!

They tell me they have proof that the items were sent out to me twice!!! Well, check the tracking and both times the photos are of a warehouse workers feet with the wrong postcode. What is this mystery postcode?! Oh it is the Bosch warehouse where my items shipped from. So although the tracking/photos and emails all communicate the same thing, they still think I am pulling a fast one and haven't received a refund or the parts!!!

Absolute joke. If I didn't like the tools so much this experience would have made me change companies. I can't tell you how much time this has taken and how angry this has made me. So the choices I have is buy a whole new tool or wait for these incompetent people to send me my bits.

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been with Bosch for 20 years and spent thousands and this is how they treat me over a £9 order. What a JOKE

Døde efter 3 timer: Dårlig udstyr og elendig kundeservice.

Døde efter 3 timer: Dårlig udstyr og elendig kundeservice.

Jeg købte en Bosch GSR 12V-35FC - en topmodel og den dyreste bosch skruemaskine. Der står "Heavy Duty" på den. Efter 3 timers brug går den i stykker.

Kundeservice er komplet ligeglade og nu vil Bosch selv have 1000kr for at reparerer den. Det er vanvid. De har ingen faglig stolthed.

Dårligste kundeservice jeg har prøvet i mit liv. Aldrig køb Bosch produkter. Jeg sælger alle mine.

BOSCH Do not honor their sales

The company had listed goods online that i placed an order for. they then would not honor the prices and are now not responding to my emails or calls.

Not what i expect from a multi-national corporation that i have used for years - Ill be switching all of our tools to Milwaukie.

Bosch have now decided to help which is great. It's been a struggle. It was never about the money. Customer Service is a crucial part of any company's operation. I've upgraded my review to three stars. I hope that Bosch take my comments on customer service, on board, as being constructive.

Købte reservedel til Teleskophavesaks…

Købte reservedel til Teleskophavesaks på Bosch hjemmeside. Åbner pakken og konstaterer at det er forkert reservedel (teleskopstang) jeg har købt.
Jeg returnerer straks.
Bosch vil ikke kreditere da jeg har åbnet pakken med stangen. HVORDAN SKAL JEG ELLER SE AT JEG HAR KØBT FORKERT RESERVEDEL HVIS JEG IKKE MÅ ÅBNE PAKKEN???
Fy Bosch. Sådan behandler man ikke sine kunder.
(Lad vær med at forklare at det står i betingelserne. I ved godt at man generelt kan bytte/returnere på nettet. UNDTAGET ER BOSCH.

Køb ikke deres batteridrevne plæneklippere!!
De er simpelthen af for ringe kvalitet, både hvad angår konstruktion og ikke mindst deres batterier, som ikke holder til mange opladninger. Samtidig er det svært at få reservedele til dem.
Jeg fik ovenstående plæneklipper for fem år siden og har måtte købe nyt 36 volts batteri til den tre gange.
Nu er jævnstrøms motoren så brændt sammen. Jeg ville bestille en ny motor for at udskifte den, og samtidig bestille fire nye hjul som erstatning for de monterede som er totalt slidt op. Motoren kan købes, men hjulene ved deres service/reservedels center ikke hvornår man får igen, om nogensinde, så nu er det direkte til genbrug for at skrotte skidtet. Jeg har været godt tilfreds med andre produkter fra Bosch, men disse plæneklipper er simpelthen pivringe.

Poor customer serice.

Zero customer service. Unable to be put through to any sort of supervisor or manager on the phone. Instead you are up against a customer service agent who clearly doesn't want to speak to you.

Poor show. This put a massive dent in my brand perception. I thought you guys would be German efficient. Unfortunately not.

FREE BATTERY PROMOTION!

They get 1 star but only because you can't give zero stars! Bought a drill from Screwfix, the offer was you got a free battery with it but you had to apply for it through Bosch themselves, sounds easy!! 2 years on and I still haven't got the battery so much so I've given in! Absolutely the worst after sales service I've ever experienced, I never spoke to anyone who was remotely interested in my problem if anything they couldn't of been more unhelpful! Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand

Unreliable tool, poor customer service

Second angle finder purchased. First one stopped working and deemed unrepairable. Against my better judgment bought a second one. This has also failed. No support available from Bosch, just told they cannot repair them as they don't keep parts for them, despite these items still available from new. Very disappointing service, avoid purchasing this item - GAM 220 MF ANGLE FINDER

Bought a Bosch,ie Chinese

Bought a Bosch,ie Chinese, corded scarifier. It lasted two hours then cut out. Fair enough. Left it two days then it ran for 30 seconds then cut out.
Bosch and FedEx were useless at taking it back for repair, so the online retailer, excellent by the way and helpful, said this isn't right so l ve had it picked up for a refund. Green Bosch tools are not fit for purpose.

Don't waste your time with this company, they customer service is non-existent.. they've had my table saw for over two weeks.. told me it would only be five days.. all I get is copy and paste responses when I inquire... never again when I buy another Bosch tool...

Bought a Bosch sander

Bought a Bosch sander. And of course it makes dust. The fact is now that the machine cannot withstand dust. Although I blow it clean after each use, dust remains. The service person said that the warranty does not apply as the machine is full of crap. At least they were honest Bosch machines is full of crap.

I purchased BORSCH LAWNMOWER it broke down I sent it to BORSCH it has been 5 weeks but no sign of repair work .
The machine is under warranty but all I am getting is excuse.
They want me to pay for power cord but the problem was with the blade not rotating.
I had explained everything to them but I keep getting different excuses.
I have called 14 times but customer service agent all repeat same thing, We have sent email to work shop to repair the blade and leave power cord.
Customer service agent are rude .
One such agent name KYLE I have spoken with him several times and he told me he never spoke with me before.
I said I have record and then he concedes and refuses to deal with my complaint.
I sent complaint via email no response.
They have cost me over £500 to get my lawn cut .
I have told them I have to pay to get my lawn cut and customer service agent was rude and said I can not do anything but I will record your complaint.

Spoken a few days later and next customer service agent said there is no record of you making a call to complaint.

Dont buy borsch products as you will disappointed because they have worst customer service and product will not be replaced or repaired.

Borsch worst company to deal with.

THEY TELL CUSTOMERS PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY BUT FACT IS BORSCH WILL NEVER HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY.

ALL YOU WILL GET IT EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE UNTIL YOU GIVE IT UP .

THEY HAVE NOT REPAIR MY MACHINE OR RETURN IT BACK.

AS WELL AS NOT BEING REPAIRED I HAVE ALSO LOST MY LAWNMOWER
DON'T TRUST BORSCH OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.
