I didn't even order. They were advertising Bottle of Bulldog Gin x 1 -which on the ad looks like 1 ltr but when you click through its 700ml. Shady advertising - I have gone elsewhere.

No problem at all with this company
The orders I have made have all arrived when they were supposed too.
I had a problem with a six pack of beer and it was sorted out promptly and politely.
Will definitely use Booze Bud again.

Great customer service
Boozebud dispatched to us several of the beers we ordered even though they had fully refunded and cancelled the order. This is because they were unable to fulfill our initial order so as gratitude and well wishes for the tough times we received the remaining beers.

A godsend in lockdown!
Since covid lockdowns I've been ordering through Boozebud and the offerings are so diverse! Even when the local big chain bottleshops are open I will be sticking with Boozebud, not just for convenience but for selection and even price in some cases. On the odd occasion I have contacted customer service they were super helpful and went above and beyond my expectations.
Highly recommend!

I still haven’t received my order. It’s been 6 days. My order tracking status keeps saying, on tine for delivery. That date has been and gone. I’ve submitted 2 messages without a reply back. I know it’s not the usual way we are living because of the Coronavirus but an email back would be appreciated. BWS does online order deliveries within 2 hours. I thought this app was similar. I was mislead lol! Don’t order through them, is the advice I’ll give.

The most reliable website for booze
This is a great website, whatever your alcohol needs, they've got something you'll enjoy at a reasonable price and often have great sales. I had an issue in the past and they did everything possible to make it right.
