Brilliant service from beginning to end. From initial hearing test right through to receipt of my new hearing aids, everything was clearly explained in a concise, professional and yet friendly manner. Big shout out to Kishen Chauhan who has transformed my life!! If I could give 10 stars I happily would 😊

First Experience
It would have been 5 had I not been ignored as I sat waiting by a member of the team who walked within a few inches of myself 4 times.I know he possibly was busy but a smile or a bit of eye contact would have been nice. Or “a someone will be with you soon”. I know the pressures as newly retired from 26 years working in primary care of NHS
I could not fault the Audiologist I saw. Friendly informative and gave plenty of time for questions. Everything went smoothly and very impressed by just over a week wait for aids

I had an appointment for my yearly hearing Aid health check with Kishen Chauhan. He acted very professional and polite. He was very helpful. I was very impressed. He answered all my questions regarding my hearing aid. The appointment lasted 15 minutes.

A experience pleasurable experience.
My audiologist, Fazeel, was kind, thoughtful, professional and patient. He explained everything with clarity and made the whole experience pleasurable. My wife and I were treated with respect, which is quite refreshing these days.
