Very impressed with audioligst(s). Testing very good and explained very well.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful. They took me through everything that needed to be considered and done. No one was ‘pushy' and I was given time.

The hearing aids available are high quality products. My only slight disappointment has been the time taken to get hearing aids as they are not 'off the shelf".

Aisling Girdwood at Inverness provided a superb service following my urgent request for earwax removal.
Advice was also given to mitigate future earwax accumulations. Aisling also replaced the wax filters on my hearing aids. Altogether a first class service.

Everything was explained very well and given a date to come back to see how things are going

Rachel the Audiologist was fantastic. She detected an ear infection and referred me to my Gp who promptly treated the infection with antibiotics. Rachel then tested my hearing and informed me that I had mild to moderate hearing loss. She gave me all the options without any pressure to purchase hearing aids. However, I opted to buy because, after trying out some hearing aids set to my prescription, I believe they will improve my life and my ability to hear better. I am glad I chose Boots.

Rachel is intelligent, well qualified and knowledgeable. She clearly deveops a good rapport with a vaiety of clients - all I've met while waiting are very happy to be seeing her. Her opinion and advice is fully discussed with no pressure from her other than to fully understand the implications of the test results.

Staff put me at ease very friendly and explained what was going to happen and the results of my tests.

A huge thank you to Aisling, Audiologist at Boots lnverness who has consistently looked after our Mum with expertise, patience, kindness & compassion. Mum has Advanced Vascular Dementia; effective hearing is essential to her quality of life. Aisling, you have become an essential part of Mums Care Team as we all do our best to support her through her challenging & at times very complex Dementia journey, thank you X X

Excellent care, friendly and professional

I was quite nervous going for the appointment but found the Audiologist very friendly which made me feel comfortable and so during the hearing test I felt relaxed. The information she gave me about the various type of hearing aids that could be available was put over very clearly.

Audiologist had a wonderful attitude, didn’t try a hard sell. She explained every stage of test, was efficient
and made it a very pleasant experience. Full marks!
